Excellent. The customer service responded very well with my questions and it is easy to use the platform to create and publish flipbooks.

1\. FlipHTML5 responded very quickly to my questions and provided professional advice on how to use the platform. 2. It is a very stable platform and offers all the necessary functions for creating a flipbook. 3. The trial experience was excellent, and the flipbook functioned perfectly without any issues.

Pretty much all good. Probably except the fact it needs a paid license to get unlimited uploads

As you know there are many company's that sell the same products or service your company sells. The advantage of e-magazines or e-books is they present your company in a much easier method to tell your customers or clients about your products or clients in a method we all are use to using "reading"! We all learned about everything was reading about anything we wanted to know more about. Today's customers and clients often use Goggle or MSN to "find" any product, service or learn about. As you know this is a wonderful method to find products or services we want to purchase or use. The fee for this service is expensive for your company to pay for. The Great news is "FipHTML5" provides your company very inexpensive method to tell your company story in a method that is very effective to sell your products or services at a very affordable cost with out paying the website look up companies a very large fee. I do not have any challenges I have had with "FipHTML5" products or services. I have been a user for over five years and found their products and services are excellent. When I have had questions or concern about their services I e-mail them and always have an answer within a day. I have found they are very honest and tell me something they can or can not accomplish.

Pros
It is very similar to Issuu, without the expensive price plan, lousy customer service and changing terms and conditions, where Issuu has disappointed me with in the last year.
Cons
Uploading files take a bit longer than Issuu, if I have to name a disadvantage. Which is not very big for me.

I was disappointed in the service of Issuu. Issuu changed the terms and conditions of their product during my subscription. Also, their customer service is very vague. And, I just think Issuu is expensive for what you get. FlipHTML5 is basically the same service as Issuu, but than WAY cheaper.

So far, I am just in the beginning stages of working with the program but we have been looking for something to support our vision for our departmental newsletter for a long time and we finally found it.
Pros
The most impactful features for me are the ease of use, the appearance of the Flipbook and the translation of the Flipbook across digital platforms without any loss of quality.
Cons
I liked least that customer service is a little hard to connect with and I think it could be hard for an absolute layperson to work with.

I think the program is really good and I would definitely recommend it to other people. It would come with the disclaimer that they need to familiarize themselves with the program before expecting similar results to what a more advanced user may have done. But that applies to most softwares.
Pros
It's been my experience that for as long as you are good at learning new software, and are not afraid to "break" things, you can play with FlipHTML5 until you are satisfied with the final result. It's not super intuitive but very customizable. I used the desktop version as well as the online one and the desktop version is by far better, more stable. Love the fact that you can add videos and live links to the PDF.
Cons
From time to time, I would close what I was working on, and when I open it again, the last set of changes are gone and did not save. That has happened quite a bit which it's frustrating.Like the TOC I have uploaded wasn't there anymore, nor the tabs etc. Also, and this might be more of a limitation of the technology, to make a small change and go live, it's a long process. I wish there was a way to save that section and have it automatically save online.

I am the CEO of STARDISK STUDIOS. We are a Model Agency and Marketing company at the Top of Tokyo. We've recently started a Fashion Magazine called STARDISK EXCHANGE. In order to ensure the highest quality to our audience, we needed a good platform. I honestly don't think I could have found a better one than FLIPHTML5. Go with them, you won't regret it!
Cons
There's this one bug that sometimes causes the pages to freeze when zooming in, leading the reader to have to refresh the page and start over. This needs swift attention. But other than that, FLIPHTML5 is all Aces!

Overall I have been using FlipHTML5 from 2015/6 and it have helped me create amazing digital booklets for clients and also internallly for staff.
Pros
How dedicated the team was to go above and beyond to fix a current issue I was facing with custom domain links. Shout out to Maxine!
Cons
Least thing for me is the time difference for support. Not at fault to anyone involved. I am on the other side of the world from the FLIPHMTL5 team.

At first there was a free option. I used the free option so much but then wanted to trasition to the Enterprise version because of how much I loved the program.

I work at a newspaper. Last July, I was given an assignment by my boss to find out how to create an e-book for news production. At first, I looked into outsourcing companies. However, the cost per year was as much as 20 million won ($15,217.23). However, I found out that this service is only 1/20th of the cost of an outsourcing company. Although you have to create the e-book yourself, I liked it because it was so easy and simple that even beginners could use it. The company also praised us for significantly reducing costs. Thank you very much.

It is good quality and can be used inexpensively. great. I was thinking of outsourcing the e-book production, but I ended up making it myself using that service. It's great that even beginners can use it easily and inexpensively with good quality. I recommend it.
Cons
not at all. I'm worried that other people will know about this great service. lol

I originally came across two other flipping catalog builders online. The first one was very expensive. The second one was better and I started using their trial version. Many months passed because my client went quiet for a long time (months in fact). Then, suddenly they wanted to get everything done. I asked the other company a few questions and they didn't even respond. That's when I decided to use FlipHTML5 and from there I can say that the whole project is a resounding success. I know this sounds a bit good to be true but it is genuinely correct. I've bought things over the Internet before and was unhappy with some of the results, but FlipHTML5 was a very good choice for me.
Pros
Without reading a manual I was able to jump right in and start setting up my client's flipping catalog. From the word go everything worked flawlessly and intuitively. When I presented the final product to my client she was very impressed and happy with the results. There were a few changes and I needed to contact support to ask for a bit of help and advice. The support was world-class because I was helped via email on a frequent basis and I was able to improve my catalog and the end result was that my client and her colleague are extremely satisfied with the catalog. Her colleague, who is the company Sales Manager, informed me that he emailed a few inactive clients who had stopped using their services to view the catalog. The results were dramatic because four of them starting using his company again after viewing the catalog online.
Cons
There was an issue with a PDF document that I wanted to link to the catalog but I was able to put the file in Google Docs so that resolved the issue. There were no other surprises or hiccups.
Reason for choosing FlipHTML5
The website of FlipHTML5 made me decide to try them. And I think the name persuaded me that things should work on HTML pages which is very important for me as a website designer. Their price was competitive. Now I know I made the right choice.

Pros
As an non-profit NGO, Specialsport.dk is working to give children with disabilities acces to club-life. And using Flip HTML5 for showcasing our activities, makes the world of difference. Parents can open the online booklet and children will go through all the different possibilities again and again - back and forth. We can attach links, youtube filming, small texting and much more - it is really amazing how different from a 50 page long document! And the price is lower than anything else, we have seen on the market!
