Cons The user interface becomes cluttered when users have multiple threads and the 'Labels' system lacks intuitive design for some users because it provides more flexibility than standard folder systems. Pros For me, Gmail's strength lies in its algorithms. The automatic sorting between primary messages, social media, and promotions allows me to stay focused on what matters. I also love the "Undo Send" feature, which has saved me more than once after forgetting an attachment. The integration with the rest of the Google suite is a massive daily time-saver. Cons I find that advertising, though discrete, is creeping more and more into the "Promotions" tab, which annoys me. Additionally, the mobile interface is starting to feel a bit overcrowded with the forced integration of Chat and Meet at the bottom of the screen, reducing the space dedicated to reading emails.
