Everything has worked smoothly and been easy to figure out. I'm excited to try the SDK so I can host client meetings on my own client portal. I'm really glad they offer the SDK option. Pros It always seems to work for my organization team members. We haven't tried using it for clients yet, and we're hoping there is not an extensive signup/login process involved for them. If there is not, I will happily install the SDK on our client portal and upgrade to the pro plan. Cons The customer support team wasn't very helpful when I had questions about the SDK. Maybe I just wasn't talking to the right person for the less-used SDK. They were great with all other questions! When available for a video call we can jump on and see each other or if we are unavailable to be on video, we can jump on a phone call and have a discussion. I also like this this is very easy to use and really no training needed at all. It is pretty intuitive. Pros Zoho is so easy to use. I like that I can attend a meeting through a video or dial in number on the phone so when I am driving, I do not miss a meeting. I even use this to stay connect to my family in another state.
