Gute Übersicht und sehr benutzerfreundlich gestaltet. Man kann sein Inventar selbst nach Wünschen organisieren, Timly bietet dafür alle Möglichkeiten.

Cons

Wenn man ein neues Objekt angelegt hat, kann man nicht direkt wieder zurück, wo man davor war, sondern muss über die Startseite bzw. Suchoption gehen.

Timly ist eine sehr angenehme Softwarelösung hat aber leider keine passende Schnittstelle für Adefiy.

Pros

Timly ist sehr Übersichtlich und die Bedienung mit dem Mobiltelefon sehr einfach und intuitiv die QR codes sind sehr hilfreich.

Cons

Timly hat einen sehr hohen Datenverbrauch was die Bedienung mit dem Mobiltelefon Teilweise einschränkt

Nous sommes une entreprise de maçonnerie, nous nous servons de ce logiciel afin de gérer notre matériel. Les chefs de chantier enregistre les allée et venues du matériel sur leurs chantiers. Cela nous permet de toujours savoir où est le matériel, de gagner du temps (pas de perte de temps à chercher), et d'optimiser des transport.

Pros

La possibilité de connaitre la répartition du matériel sur les chantier. La possibilité des créer un grand nombre d'items, d'utilisateurs ainsi que de ressources.

Cons

Le plus gros inconvénient ne vient pas du logiciel, mais de la rigueur de ces utilisateurs et de leur facilité à utiliser l'informatique.

Wenn man es allgemein betrachtet, ist Timly ein sehr gutes Programm. Es hilft mir sehr bei der Lösung meiner Probleme im Unternehmen und benachrichtigt mich, wenn es etwas Neues gibt, das ich verbessern oder erledigen muss.

Pros

Mir gefällt am besten, dass alles übersichtlich in Gruppen organisiert ist und man sich leicht zurechtfindet.

Cons

Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass das Webdesign noch nicht modern ist. Es wirkt etwas veraltet und sollte professioneller gestaltet werden.

L’intuitivité de son utilisation (interface moderne), la possibilité d’utiliser le logiciel directement depuis un navigateur sans installation d’application, la gestion d’un nombre important d’utilisateurs, ainsi que la réactivité et l’amabilité des conseillers. Mise en place et pratique du logiciel rapide et efficace.

Certains modules sont encore en développement. Tel que les signatures et les export et intégration excel/CSV

Timly integriert sich bestens in unsere tägliche Arbeit. Ob bei Ausgabe von Hardware an Mitarbeiter mit direkter Bestätigung per Unterschrift oder bei Zuweisung und Versand per Hauspost und anschließender Anforderung der digitalen Bestätigung per E-Mail, ist der Verbleib der Hardware lückenlos dokumentierbar. Eine Dokumentation wie zu Zeiten vor Timly ist mittlerweile undenkbar.

Pros

Timly bietet eine extrem intuitive Oberfläche und damit eine sehr einfache Art der Inventur und des Lifecyclemanagements. Der Support ist großartig und die stete Weiterentwicklung des Produkts ist ein großes Benefit für alle Kunden.

Cons

Wirkliche Kritikpunkte gibt es nicht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Timly als Inventarverwaltung. Zu Beginn gab es damals einige Einschränkungen bei der Performance.

depuis 1 an nous utilisons Timly, c'est globalement positif, nous pouvons compter sur Timly pour rapidement nous sortir un inventaire à jour, relié les équipements aux utilisateurs, consulter un historique des flux/attributions/statut, bref, un outil appréciable. Un outil qui nous manquait.

Pros

la prise en main facile le l'interface utilisateur, l'accompagnement, les conseils et la réactivité du support.

Cons

le filtrage parfois moins intuitif. on aimerait peut être pouvoir encore plus personnaliser notre page d'accueil.

Der erste Kontakt mit der Demo war sehr angenehm. Wir haben einen guten Deal gemacht. Das Onboarding lieft 1A. Die Ansprechpartner sind sehr angenehme kompetente professionelle Personen. Dazu auch nett und hilfsbereit. Der Vibe hat einfach gestimmt

Die Struktur, das Programm ist simple aufgebaut und sehr praktisch. Außerdem unser Berater ist sehr cool drauf und sehr hilfsbereit

Cons

Bislang habe ich keine negativen Seiten gefunden. Alles läuft top und nach unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr gutes Tool

In the construction industry, Timly solves a major problem — keeping track of equipment across multiple job sites. Before, it was often unclear where certain tools were or when they’d last been serviced. Now, everything is transparent and organized in one place, which has drastically improved accountability and efficiency.

Pros

We’ve been using Timly to manage our tools, machines, and IT assets, and it’s made a real difference in our daily operations. The software is clean, intuitive, and helps us keep full control over who is using what and when maintenance or inspections are due. The QR code system works great on-site, and the automated reminders save us a lot of time and headaches.

Cons

Reports and exports offer plenty of options but could use a bit more customization. A quick in-app changelog for new updates would be helpful.
