And after finding out it doesn’t work, they reply this message there, I hope this message finds you in great spirits. Thank you for reaching out to us. We fully understand your frustration. However, it is always advisable to verify with the organization you are checking with whether they accept third-party background checks. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Instead of adding this crucial information on their website you fall down this rabbit hole and find out after paying for the service. Pros Nothing, maybe how they replied to my concern. Instead of resolving it differently they just wiped it away. So I guess this was the best $70 review I have spent Cons Lack transparency… it should say that in general on there entire website. Maybe other provinces might face the same issue. Its a terrible expensive experience with no customer service and its frustrating. Asked what had happened, they insisted i do it over again, did that asked for another payment. Messaged customer support again they said the only way to get around the payment step was to provide my full name , birthday, and current address. 8 days later nothing so asked for a refund they said same thing, only way to refund me was to provide my name ,birthday, and address so they know that the refund is going to the right person. 10 days now missed my job opportunity and still run around game.
