I like Tasks for Zendesk, it has potential it just need to be worked out further with more functionalities within the workflow and a less buggy experience.

Pros

I like that it can give you a standardized tickable list of items so you know what to do in order to close a certain ticket.

Cons

Sometimes it is buggy with displaying duplicate tasks, so 5 tasks become 10 tasks which you tick and afterwards can't close. So you need to re-open the ticket in order to not experience the bug.

A lot like client's concern about their monthly bill or why we're not posting on their social media.

Pros

It's easy to use especially putting the client's concern and what resolutions I created and putted on the system.

Cons

Sometimes it shows my name that I created a ticket but I did not.

I am very pleased to have adopted Tasks for Zendesk in my ticket management routine. Life made easier when you have a lot of clients and a lot of tasks.

Pros

I love the automation it brings to the table. The reminders are crucial to completing things on time and keeping customers happy.

Cons

I have no particular dislikes. For a new person, it can be a tad confusing but it's nothing really.

It was ok

Pros

This worked for what needed it for, but had to be managed too much and took a lot of time.

Cons

The customer service was not the best, instead of trying to help the client they would just direct you a form or sometimes directions and it would not be related to what you really need
