February 10, 2026 5.0 I've used a few different affiliate marketing programs now and UpPromote is by far the most user-friendly and easiest to navigate. It's my preferred affiliate marketing service and I'm even switching over another one of our companies to Shopify so that we can utilize UpPromote. Furthermore, the support for UpPromote is unparalleled. Unlike other platforms, where you submit a support ticket via email that you hope to hear back from in a day or two, you get help in the moment via chat during normal business hours. I can't recommend UpPromote enough for these two reasons: user-friendly and customer service. 10/10 Pros The best things about UpPromote are how user-friendly it is, both for the affiliates and for me, who manages our affiliates, and that the support/customer service is quick and efficient. Cons Nothing; I've used other programs and have a lot to complain about with the other services, but not UpPromote. Easy to use, link and maintain Pros We used to use Affiliately which has a clunky interface and is very challenging to use and also expensive. Uppromote was a breath of fresh air! This is a HUGE step up from what was available only a year ago. Cons Only issue I have run into is that if you are an affiliate for a different company that also uses uppromote, it gives me trouble logging in to my affiliate account, since it keeps logging me into my company account. I am sure there is a solution, but that is really the only frustration so far. It also weirdly logs me out a lot...other than that, all good! Pros It's easy to set up and works well with Shopify. Cons The basic version only allows 1 reward tier which means you can't sign up all of your affiliates if you've various bonus tiers for different partners. Affiliate links also do not work in basic version, it's coupons only. This should be stated clearer in the app description. Firstly, while the Free plan only allows 1 single program (with 1 commission tier), all other plans allow users to create an unlimited number of programs. Secondly, the affiliate link is the basic and default tracking method of UpPromote. Affiliate links work in all plans, including the free one.
