We like that we can do more with less staff and that we can have a broader reach in spreading our message. Pros This app makes it possible for us to offer state-of-the-art technology to our congregants, without having developers on staff. The "backside" of the app - where your IT or office staff can customize it in any number of ways - is basically a template from which church tech leadership can pick and choose what content they want to show. Cons As with any software, there are times when updates in underlying technology may make it necessary to update the app - and the only way to recognize when it is necessary is when something "breaks." Fortunately, MinistryOne is responsive when they hear from their admins that something isn't working, and they tend to get it fixed quickly. The only other con for us has been in user-adoption - we serve an older demographic, and it has sometimes been hard to convince end-users to try it. Reasons for choosing MinistryOne Integration with existing co-branded products made choosing MinistryOne a real no-brainer.
