They stick with you and make you feel like you are a part of their organization. Cons I wouldn't say this is a con or something I like least about Project Insight, I'd just like the ability to build my own reports and dashboards. But knowing them...that's coming. The support provided by the Project Insight team is also great. Cons When updates are rolled out they often create bugs that impact our project managers and sometimes our users too. Some of these are quickly resolved, but others can take weeks or even months to resolve. You can make it simple or complex. Reporting is easy to setup and can be automatically sent to individuals or groups. You can setup weekly status reports to go out to executives and project team members. Cons I would like to create my own complex dashboards and not have to reach out for support. I have seen some really cool dashboards and reports that other companies have created in this tool, but you must you PI time to have them create it. I am fairly new to the system, so I am slowly discovering new features and adding the add-ons my team needs. Pros Very intuitive to navigate. Can add as many or as little add-ons as your business needs. Integrates well with other software/platforms. A lot of tutorial videos in the system to use as a guide as you explore the system. Cons I would personally like the views to be more compact so I can see more projects on the screen. Still able to achieve this by downloading a report into excel, so not a big deal. Pros After training, it’s easy to use and pulls together everything you need—task tracking, resource management, reporting—without making things more complicated than they need to be. It also works well for different work styles, whether your team prefers visual charts or more detailed reports. I’ve found the Microsoft Teams integration especially helpful since it keeps everyone connected and lets you access or update project plans right in the middle of your day-to-day conversations. Most of all, their customer experience is top-notch. They respond really quickly and even hold "office hours" every week - a meeting where you can call in if you need to with a specific question that you need answered quickly. Other people can also call in to office hours to learn from others' questions. Cons Project Insight can take a bit of getting used to if you're not already familiar with project management tools. That said, they’ve done a great job putting together a solid library of help videos and guides. The videos are short, focused on specific tasks, and easy to follow—perfect if you just need a quick answer without digging through a manual.
