Thorough reports and easy to forward to my Owner/Clients. Pros I like that it is easy to use and navigate the site. Simple to have prospective tenants use Rentspree and eliminate one more thing that I don't have to do! Easy for the folks new to the service to access and apply for my lease listing. Cons Nothing so far. This is a very complete solution for applicants to my lease listing. Having been my first time using rentspree, I had difficulty converting all the documentation into a PDF file to submit to the listing agent. But I managed to get the job done. Pros I liked the technology which makes things easier and faster to complete. Cons Although I liked the software, some clients are not that computer saavy and it's difficult to get them to complete their information online.
