Since I requested the change during our official "renewal meeting" instead of doing so in writing, they pretended that I had not made the request. Cons We have not utilized the library feature as much as we'd like to due to the format and organization of it. It would be a very useful area for to improve. " January 21, 2026 5.0 It's been great! I really am happy with the user ease and the customer service. The company is really responsive and can modify things a lot of things for you when possible. It has saved me a lot of work already and I can tell the more we utilize it the more time it will save. My Board has given me good feedback and seems to be adjusting well (and I have a board of 30!). I also like that is always taking input and improving the platform as they go. Pros I just purchased a few months ago, so it's very fresh and I'm in the infant stages. Onboarding is really easy. The budgets, financials, and updated committee meeting notes. Cons Always having to help the "non-tech" folks with how to see anything. Not really a software issue, but people are stubborn about Tech sometimes. I am still looking for ways to encourage folks to use it more. Pros It is easy to use and saves me a lot of time sending reminders. It is a wonderful repository for Board documents and I love that it is improving regularly with helpful updates! I am excited to see what comes next. Cons I wish that would send out Outlook calendar invites directly. Even though folks can subscribe to their calendars based on the groups they are in, I still need to send Outlook invites directly to make sure folks show up! Even though they have the tools, I still need to 'babysit' them a little bit. It would save me time if Easy Board could send an outlook invite that they can accept and physically have on their calendar. Also, for some reason, folks have a tendency to ignore emails that request that they respond to scheduling polls. I am not sure if this is a user issue - but I wonder if there is a way to make the emails more clear when we want feedback from folks. Or if it could say from "my name" on behalf of Easy Board Notifications to make sure it isn't ignored. Just some thoughts. It has significantly reduced the time spent on meeting preparations and follow-ups. While there’s some room for improvement, especially in mobile usability, I would still highly recommend it to any organisation looking to streamline their board management. I am able to communicate better because of it. Pros I send emails for an association and organizing the groups and users was always a challenge. makes it all a lot easier. ;) I have created multiple groups and can focus my emails to the right people in a simple clear way. Its also really easy to train new admins on. The Easy Board staff is very attentive. If an email bounces back, they quickly let me know so I can check in with that user. They also respond quickly to any questions I ask them. Cons is good because it has a simple interface, but sometimes I wish it could do little things it doesn't do yet. But in the couple of years we have been using it, they are constantly upgrading, so I feel sure that anything I want will exist soon. The customer support is EXCELLENT!! I usually receive a response in less than 12 hours if I email them. I have members that are from every generation and all of them have been able to set up their profile easily. This platform is very user friendly and they are constantly working at making it even better. They are very responsive to suggestions for new features as well. Pros Best things about are the magic links in the emails to the members about their meeting. They don't have to log in to see the info for that meeting or to RSVP; all they have to do is click on the link. There are so many great things though - the library to manage minutes and documents, the announcements feature, and the RSVP feature to name a few.
