It truly streamlines the entire process of managing board and committee meetings, making our role more efficient and impactful. The platform is user-friendly. Directors can annotate documents, ask questions, and share insights directly within the platform, reducing email clutter and improving engagement. The Knowa support team is always on hand, responding quickly and helpfully whenever assistance is needed. Their proactive and friendly approach ensures any issues are resolved promptly, which makes a huge difference in maintaining smooth operations. Cons One minor limitation is that the platform currently doesn’t allow for scheduling breaks between sub-items within a meeting agenda. While this hasn’t been a major obstacle, it would be a useful feature for longer sessions. The good news is that the Knowa team has advised they are actively looking into this enhancement, which reflects their commitment to continuous improvement and listening to user feedback. Once you are using Knowa, very difficult to settle for something else.
