## What is Kamzan?

The Italian solution for Team collaboration and structured document sharing with Clients, Collaborators, Suppliers, Partners, Sales Network and all other Stakeholders, allowing them to operate in a secure and personalized perimeter on their own visual identity. Created for Corporate and Professional companies. Our solution differs from others on the market in the level of customization we offer to our Clients: we make ad hoc feature developments, designed on the real needs and requirements of Clients, we allow integrability and integration with third-party solutions. To date, we have more than 40 functionalities that go beyond those "proper" of document sharing platforms, such as anti-disclosure features to reduce the risk of illicit disclosure of sensitive and confidential documents, sharing permissions, documentation uploading and validation flows and many others dedicated to optimization of work, activities and processes.

Utilizzo da tempo la piattaforma sia per la condivisione di documenti aziendali che per lo scambio di documenti con persone esterne. L'interfaccia grafica molto intuitiva, consente di svolgere in tutta semplicità queste operazioni.

La semplicità di utilizzo e le funzionalità presenti. La possibilità di configurare il proprio brand a livello grafico

Sinceramente non riesco a trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse la configurazione del client su Desktop non è proprio una cosa semplice da fare.

Nel complesso direi ottima. Mi sono trovata molto bene in questi anni soprattutto perché i miei documenti sono al sicuro.

Pros

La possibilità di poter condividere i documenti con diverse modalità. Nello specifico il link pubblico è veramente utile soprattutto grazie alla possibilità di inserire una data di scadenza.

Cons

Nulla di particolare. A volte la piattaforma risulta essere leggermente lenta soprattutto nel caso in cui ci sono molte cartelle.

Nous utilisons Kamzan depuis plusieurs mois pour partager des documents internes et clients en toute sécurité. C’est un outil solide, bien pensé pour les PME et les structures ayant besoin d’un espace collaboratif protégé. L’expérience utilisateur est fluide, les droits d’accès sont bien gérés, et le support est réactif. Pour renforcer la preuve de dépôt de certains fichiers (notamment contrats ou PV d’AG), nous avons intégré une couche complémentaire d’horodatage blockchain avec My-Proof, une solution française qui s’adapte très bien à ce type de flux documentaire. Kamzan reste au cœur de notre usage quotidien, notamment grâce à ses fonctions de personnalisation et de partage ciblé.

Pros

L’interface en marque blanche qui permet de personnaliser complètement l’espace pour nos collaborateurs externes. Le niveau de sécurité (TLS 1.3, chiffrement AES 256, double authentification). La gestion des rôles utilisateurs, pratique pour attribuer des droits précis selon les groupes. L’intégration fluide avec nos autres outils de travail.

Cons

L’interface de gestion des utilisateurs peut sembler un peu rigide au début. Quelques lenteurs constatées lors du chargement de dossiers volumineux. Il manque encore une fonctionnalité d’horodatage blockchain natif, que nous avons dû compléter avec une solution externe.

Ottima soluzione per la condivisione dei file. Interessante l'introduzione del servizio videocall.

Pros

Semplicità d'uso, è possibile salvare e condividere i dati in estrema sicurezza. Fondamentale la possibilità di creare gruppi di utenti e fornire permessi diversi. L'introduzione del tool di videocall è un servizio molto interessante.

Kamzan è la soluzione a quel mi servirebbe...effettivamente potrebbe essere di aiuto a tutti. Nelle associazione ti mette in contatto con tutti i soci senza disturbarli per la consegba documentale

Pros

Da anni ormai abbiamo adottato la soluzione Kamzan come sistema di condivisione e conservazione dei file. Negli anni la piattaforma ha acquisito nuovi strumenti e funzionalità come per esempio la possibilità di creare delle meeting room, calendari condivisi con il proprio team di lavoro, firma digitale dei documenti. Kamzan inoltre garantisce uno standard elevato sulla Privacy e questo aspetto è fondamentale. Il team è molto preparato e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Cons

Non ho riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo da segnalare.

Ormai sono anni che lo utilizzo e trovo veramente utile la possibilità di condividere la documentazione in modo facile sia con persone registrate, sia con persone non registrate con e-mail o link pubblico.

Da quando lo usiamo in azienda ho accesso ai miei dati sempre e ovunque. La possibilità di applicare dei tag sui file mi permette ricerche mirate ed efficaci. Sono molto soddisfatto anche del livello di protezione dei dati.

Kamzan è una piattaforma completa per la gestione e condivisione dei dati aziendali con sicurezza avanzata. Si distingue per la forte personalizzazione e attenzione alla privacy. Dispone di spazi di lavoro personalizzati in tempo reale, con strumenti di collaborazione e opzioni di branding per le aziende che desiderano mantenere un'identità professionale uniforme. Facile da usare, offre un'elevata sicurezza, crittografia avanzata e controllo dei permessi di accesso, risultando particolarmente adatta alle aziende che necessitano di flessibilità nella gestione sicura dei dati.

Ho notato dei rallentamenti nell'apertura di qualche file ma non sono sicuro che sia dovuto alla piattaforma, potrebbe essere legato alla mia connessione internet.

Pros

Kamzan non è solamente un sistema cloud e di condivisione file, ma offre tante funzionalità aggiuntive come per esempio la possibilità di creare delle meeting room, calendari condivisi e personalizzare le condivisioni dando valore al tuo brand.

Cons

è capitato che la piattaforma fosse un po’ lenta, ma contattando lo staff ho riscontrato grande professionalità e il problema è stato rapidamente risolto

Usiamo la soluzione di Kamzan da un paio d'anni e abbiamo ottimizzato il flusso di ricezione e scambio documenti con i nostri clienti. L'interfaccia, sia per noi che per i clienti e' facile da usare e soddisfa a pieno le nostre esigenze.

Facile da usare, intuitiva e molto flessibile. Il team e' sempre molto disponibile a fornire supporto e/o chiarimenti.

Ottimo prodotto. Ancora migliorabile in alcuni dettagli ma complessivamente tra tutti i software analoghi provati, sicuramente il più valido e soprattutto quello pensato meglio come user experience.

Una soluzione versatile e potente per gestire i file del nostro ufficio. Ottimo il workflow e la possibilità di condividere in modo semplice con collaboratori esterni all'azienda mantenendo il controllo dei documenti. Semplice da utilizzare. Prodotto e staff italiano!

Cons

Al momento non abbiamo riscontrato problemi di funzionamento e di utilizzo. Lo staff è sempre stato attento e disponibile ad accompagnarci, soprattutto nella fase iniziale di utilizzo del prodotto.

Ho conosciuto Kamzan come soluzione perché ero alla ricerca di una soluzione Italiana che fornisse particolare attenzione alla privacy e alla GDPR. Devo dire di esser rimasto soddisfatto della soluzione trovata. Consigliato vivamente a chi ha necessità di fornire la giusta protezione ai propri dati aziendali.

Pros

Tra le varie sicuramente ho apprezzato la completezza della soluzione offerta e l'attenzione che la software house di Kamzan dedica alla sicurezza e alla protezione dei dati, diciamo che tra tutto questo è il vero Focus del servizio, la protezione dei dati.

Cons

Come tutti i sistemi non è infallibile ed è passibile di errore; diciamo che forse l'unica pecca, comprendibile, sono la leggera lentezza del sistema (se paragonato ad altri sistemi di Cloud Storage) e la mancanza di una soluzione Desktop (anche se il sistema può esser salvato sul pc come Web App).

Con Kamzan abbiamo ottenuto la produttività che cercavamo con tutto il team di lavoro. Pochissimi problemi risolti velocemente e un'ottima interazione con l'assistenza.

Pros

I VANTAGGI sono davvero molti, in particolare nel nostro caso d'uso la velocità, la sicurezza nell'archiviazione dei dati, la condivisione e le notifiche real-time permetto di avere un flusso di lavoro continuo ed integro, con diverse tipologie di utenze. L'assistenza clienti è un ulteriore vantaggio da sottolineare, rapida e sempre disponibile.

Cons

Non ho avuto particolari svantaggi, se non per l'esperienza d'uso personalizzata che richiede del tempo per essere ottimizzata. Le features sono molte, con tanti casi d'uso.

Pros

La piattaforma completamente in cloud ti permette di gestire e monitorare la condivisione di risorse non solo all’interno dell’azienda ma anche verso gruppi di lavoro che possono esistere all’esterno della propria rete aziendale (clienti , fornitori) in modalità anche bidirezionale. L’interfaccia é molto intuitiva ed efficace , l’ambiente é ricco di funzionalità quali ad esempio la firma digitale e l’assistenza post vendita é veramente veloce.
