Overall a solid software for doing arbitrage/dropshipping. Would highly recommend to try. It's a small learning curve for such a powerful and effective software.

Pros

Very easy to use. Product listing uploader works quick, it makes bulk uploading a seamless process. It automatically orders, tracks, re-prices and messages buyers for you. It is more cost-effective than other alternative software out there. Also, customer support is top notch, you can live chat with support, sometimes the response is a delayed but they get back to you eventually.

Cons

\- Profit calculator is not accurate, you would have to do it manually. - Sometimes there's errors, but that comes and goes with most software. You have to fix your orders manually. - Very seldom there's price discrepancies/source products that are OOS, it rarely happens but it does.

A Fantastic 10/10 Experience it made my business very easy and this is the most reliable tool I have ever found.

Pros

Very friendly UI and features it made my listing process and tracking easy. There is also an option of adding variations to listing. Much recommended

Cons

For me the only con is pricing . If prices get little bit cheaper I think there will be millions of people start using it.

My overall experience with Easync has been very positive. It’s a reliable and efficient tool that helps streamline the dropshipping process from start to finish. Even though there are small areas for improvement, the time saved and the accuracy it provides make it an essential part of my business. It has definitely made store management smoother and more professional.

Pros

What I liked most is how Easync makes running multiple stores much easier. The automation for pricing, stock updates, and order handling really cuts down on manual work. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that my listings stay accurate without constant checking.

Cons

Sometimes the platform takes a little time to process larger updates, and occasionally I have to refresh or double-check to be sure everything went through. It doesn’t happen often, but it can slow me down at times.

It’s extremely useful for stock tracking, shipping translation, and pricing. Additionally, it makes adding products much easier

Pros

The interface is quite simple and user-friendly. Moreover, whenever we encounter an issue, the support team responds promptly. It's highly efficient. I can say it's better than other software on the market. Highly recommended.

Cons

The training videos of the program are quite outdated and need to be updated. Currently, we can only see the product profitability after making a sale; instead, it should be displayed when we add the product.

Overall experience on Easync is so good and authentic. The tracking uploaded, products monitoring and auto processing of order is the main element that I would like to recommend it to anyone

Pros

It helps me more When I am doing drop shippping from eBay to Amazon. It helps to grow my business by support of their 24/7 customer support.

Cons

sometimes they forgot to update the tracking on time. So that time I have to share the link to the customer support inbox, then they resolve our queries within few hours.

My overall experience with Easync has been very good. They are continuously improving, and managing dropshipping through their platform has become much easier. It allows us to track all activities in one place, which helps manage our store more efficiently and effectively.

Pros

I really appreciated their clear communication and the way they offered compensation during challenging times. It showed strong support and reliability, which made a big difference.

Cons

The delivery status updates were often delayed, which caused issues with buyers who were tracking their orders. Timely tracking updates are important for maintaining trust and smooth communication with customers.

Pros

Easy to use, definitely a software above the rest. I have been using it for a long time and I am very satisfied. My stores are safe with easync.

Cons

Apart from rare problems with stock control and problems with product loading, there are no problems.

Before this, I was using another equivalent software, the price was expensive and the product tracking service it offered was low, but easync is really good in this regard, it is a complete price performance product, it translates the tracking codes very well and the settings are really detailed and the support team responds instantly whenever I write, they really solved every problem I had, there is one thing I don't like in the software, it doesn't take the tracking code on amazon and translate it itself, if they do this, I think it will be more beautiful and more practical.

Pros

What I like most about this software is that the tracking code translation is really good and the support team always responds immediately and solves the problem

Cons

The only part I don't like is, of course, there may be minor problems from time to time, for example, although the product is in stock on the supplier site, it appears as out of stock in my store.
