Pros Zuub is a quick way to verify benefits while scheduling new patients and for reoccurring eligibility/verifications, it has saved so much time and human error. Zuub is an integral part of our office they keep up with the constant changes in the dental insurance world while listening to their customers questions or requests. Cons Would like a feature to search by patient insurance company, name and DOB. Sometimes patients don't have their sub ID. " November 30, 2023 5.0 Pros We used Zuub to verify insurance for patients. Before Zuub this process was tedious involving going to each individual website to verify. Frequently we couldn't verify online and had to call the insurance company only to be on hold for long periods of time. We switched to Zuub and this process that had previously been a headache became much easier! It has definitely saved us a lot of time on the phone with insurance companies and being more present with patients in front of us or calling. I am able to catch if a patient no longer has insurance sooner with the instant verification weeks ahead. The installation was also very seamless and everyone was very helpful and responsive when errors occurred. Cons The only thing I think that could be improved currently would be setting up a single page with frequencies and history rather than filling up that patient document center with all the information. We did edit what our particular verification should be but the options of what the different insurances share do vary on what we receive. We have continued to use our own breakdown sheet for it to be clear to all but all in all, Zuub has still saved a handful of time for verification. Review Source SE Summer E. Insurance and Billing Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "No Longer Spending Hours on Insurance" August 30, 2023 5.0 Our office used to have someone spend all day verifying insurances and getting benefit breakdowns but that is a thing of the past now with Zuub. Nothing beats walking in to the office in the morning and having almost all of the verifications done before I even woke up that morning, and you can set them to be done days ahead of time as well to sort out any issues that may arise. Pros The best part of Zuub is the extremely responsive customer service, they are always willing to find a solution to all of my needs and are so friendly on top of that! Cons We don't have many issues with Zuub because anything we bring up they are ready to find a way to fix for us, and they are always working on making it better. Review Source GS Ginger S. June 5, 2023 4.0 When we are short staffed, Zuub takes that additional load off of manually verifying insurance for ALL the patients. It does give us the benefit of know, at the very least, if the patient is active. Pros The thing I love most about Zuub is that it can verify multiple patients at one time. Cons The thing I like the least about Zuub is that there are several major Insurance companies that can not be verified, and that Zuub does not sync quickly enough with our PMS. Pros Saves a lot of time for staff to avoid contacting insurance companies for benefit breakdowns. Zuub has saved us several hours per day! Pros The integration was fast and efficient. The team and I have saved several hours a day in verifying dental benefits! August 20, 2023 5.0 2 months in and so far, very pleased Pros So easy to set up and very user friendly. I’v once setup, Zuub does 85% of out insurance verification. Cons I’d like to see a way to check off when another staff member has worked a verification that Zuub was not able to verify. Thankful that my onboarding agent put a request in to add this.
