Any company needing a contract to keep cashflow is a poor company to do business with!

Pros

Neat features, may have lots of tech behind system but found it clunky, not intuitive and basically slowed us down.

Cons

When the system actually goes live with you they want you to use it for about 30 days to get used to the inspection process. We wanted to convert the text phone number over from our old systems, so our customers didn’t have to be bothered to see yet another new number, this took longer than the trial period also! This is where they get you, see you have 30 days from live to cancel and back out well, when 30 days passes you are now locked into your contract for a year or whatever you agreed to and if it's not working for your store that's too bad. They have you financially now. Autovitals didn’t solve my biggest pet peeve from our old system! If you add a new custom, build an estimate and want to text it to a customer, you can’t because Autovitals doesn’t recognize the customer right away??? Slows production, estimating and waists time!!!

I’m extremely happy overall. It speeds up the process and increases ROY while simultaneously keeping the customer happy and long-term retention increases because of all this.

Pros

It makes it easier to use when facing a customer. It increases the ticket average because customers can actually view the issue and the biggest complaint when someone is coming in for service work on their car is they believe they’re being forced to fix things that aren’t necessary. This takes the guest work out of that for the customer and they can visually see the issue and are more likely to say yes to the repair which keeps everybody happy, both the dealership and the customer.

Cons

It is not the most user-friendly, but sometimes technicians aren’t that tech savvy either. As with any technology, it can be glitchy and freeze, but overall, I’m extremely happy.

Pros

Being an old school mechanic at first I was hesitant to use this software for inspections, but now I'm pleased I did the switch. This makes my shop to have a more professional look. Inspection process is quite easy, very user friendly and helps to standardize the procedure across all the shops. I would definitely recommend this to my colleagues in Mexico.

Cons

The app sometimes forgets my login info and I have to input it again when I open it back. Other than that, everything works OK.

My overall experience with AutoVitals was a good one. Other than the complex explanations in the inspection report and above average pricing for similar software.

Pros

The feature I liked most was the inspection report. Most customers approved the work to be performed after reviewing this.

Cons

My only complaint would be all the extra wording and explanations that are too long in the customer inspection report. This could be shortened and more matter of fact.

Pros

It's a great product that has helped us improve our work flow immensely! Their customer service is top notch, everyone is very responsive, knowledgeable, and available whenever we need them. It communicates really well with NAPA Tracs, which is a must for us being an autocare center. We are extremely happy with AutoVitals!

Cons

There really aren't any that come right to mind, they truly do a good job.
