Logiciel apprécié et utilisé constamment pour avoir des signatures personnalisées pour tous nos utilisateurs. Service client très réactif.

Pros

Logiciel simple d'utilisation, la création d'une signature est rapide et facile. La possibilité de faire plusieurs campagnes à la fois, pour tous les utilisateurs ou ceux qu'on choisit.

Cons

Je ne saurais pas dire. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème. Par moment l'add-in saute de nos boîtes mail, mais cela vient de outlook.

Je suis très satisfaite de l’application : elle est intuitive, simple à prendre en main et vraiment efficace au quotidien. Elle me permet de gérer facilement les signatures mail de toute l'entreprise, de lancer des campagnes de communication ciblées, et d’assurer une cohérence visuelle et professionnelle.

Pros

J’utilise très régulièrement les diffusions de campagnes dans l’application. C’est un outil simple, efficace et puissant pour diffuser des messages cohérents à l’ensemble de nos collaborateurs via leurs signatures mails. Cela nous permet de valoriser nos actualités et de renforcer notre communication interne et externe.

Cons

Pour mettre en priorité je trouve que c'est un peu merdique et pas intuitif, il faut chercher pour réussir à le faire. Des fois ça se déconnecte de outlook et on n'a plus de signatures.

Usage de plus de 600 licences en lien avec O365, avec plusieurs campagnes et signatures. mise en place avec un délai de 3mois offert.

Pros

Communication, fonctionnalités, suivi régulier, prise en compte des demandes pour de futures améliorations

Cons

Je n'ai pas de sujet négatif, chaque problématique est étudiée et corrigée ou fait partie d'une future mise à jour.

Letsignit a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes en simplifiant la gestion centralisée des signatures mail et en offrant un levier efficace pour diffuser nos campagnes de communication internes et externes. Un vrai gain de temps pour les équipes IT et marketing !

Pros

Le tableau de bord, le paramétrage des signatures et des campagnes sont très intuitifs. Des développements/intégrations en cours (Canva, sondage etc.) offrent de belles perspectives pour la suite.

Cons

Dommage que l'intégration avec CANVA se limite uniquement aux templates prédéfinis par la solution. La création d'une campagne reste assez sommaire avec la nécessité d'importer le visuel.

Nous avons choisi Letsignit car auparavant, nous faisions des modifications individuelles de chaque signature, notre effectif ayant évolué, cette manipulation était devenue trop chronophage. Notre accompagnement par les techniciens a été global et nous a permis de déployer le logiciel simplement auprès de nos équipes qui se sont bien vite habituées à la commodité de Letsignit !

Pros

Le fait de pouvoir "industrialiser" nos modifications, l'application d'une modification sur l'un des modèles s'applique aux 80 autres !

Cons

Les bugs au moment du lancement mais ils ont été vite résolus par l'équipe du support, merci de votre réactivité :-)

Un outil aux petits oignons pour les marketeux ! LetSignIt, c’est un peu comme le chef d’orchestre des signatures email : il remet tout le monde au diapason. Fini les signatures bricolées sous Paint, les copier-coller douteux ou les liens "\[caché sensible contenu\]" qui mènent vers le néant. Avec LetSignIt, vos mails ont enfin de l’allure.

Pros

Excellent outil que je recommande souvent ! Enfin des signatures mail qui ressemblent à quelque chose (et surtout, toutes à la même chose). Un vrai allié au quotidien pour éviter le festival de polices douteuses et de logos étirés/tronqués. Et quand il y a un pépin ? Le service est réactif, efficace, et trouve des solutions.

Cons

R.A.S. de particulier depuis plus de 10 ans d'utilisations… et c’est très bien comme ça. Un bémol, la nouvelle page équipe qui n'est pas encore abouti (ça va peut être venir un jour, laissons les choses évoluer !).

Nous avons une vision globale des campagnes effectuées ainsi qu'un aperçu des signatures je valide :)

Cons

On a pas forcément les statistiques en détail pour chaque signature peut être proposer des graphiques avec les campagnes qui ont marché et non pour avoir une vision plus claire, sinon rien à dire j'aime beaucoup je m'en sers tout le temps au bureau !

Le support client est réactif et les mises à jour régulières montrent une volonté d’amélioration continue. En résumé : un outil fiable, pratique et bien pensé pour les entreprises modernes.

Pros

Chez EQUAD RCC, nous utilisons Letsignit depuis plusieurs mois et l'expérience est excellente. L'interface est simple, intuitive, et permet de gérer facilement les signatures mail de toute l'entreprise, tout en gardant une cohérence de marque. Les campagnes intégrées sont un vrai plus pour notre communication interne et externe. Un outil à la fois pratique, professionnel et efficace.

Cons

l’interface d’édition pourrait bénéficier de quelques fonctionnalités supplémentaires pour une personnalisation plus avancée des signatures

Je n'utilise pas à son plein potentiel la solution, notamment les campagnes. Je n'utilise pas la signature en interne car ce n'est pas accepté au niveau groupe

Pros

La possibilité d'être connecté à notre outil RH et d'avoir toutes nos données synchronisées. L'accompagnement client qui est très réactive et personnalisée

Cons

C'est un peu long de créer une signature ex nihilo : le wysiwyg n'est pas entièrement user friendly . Et la gestion des audiences pas très simple ( mais c'est peut-être nos audiences à nous qui sont compliquées !)

Nous utilisons LetSignit depuis plusieurs années maintenant. Cet outil nous permet de piloter les campagnes et les signatures mail de tous les collaborateurs, ce qui est un gain de temps considérable pour les équipes ! De plus, les flux des visiteurs vers notre site internet a augmenté : signe que les campagnes sont un réel canal de communication ! En interne également, LetSignit réside comme un incontournable pour partager des communications importantes. Je recommande les yeux fermés (d'autant plus que les équipes sont réactives au moindre souci !)

Pros

L'outil LetSignit permet un gain de temps considérable pour les équipes : plus besoin pour les services de s'occuper d'insérer les campagnes, c'est fait automatiquement ! Aussi, en interne comme en externe, LetSignit réside comme un canal de communication impactant.

Cons

Quelques bugs de temps à autre sont à constater sur la plateforme. Cependant, les équipes sont réactives et aident sans soucis pour régler ces déconvenues.
