I am new to the midterm rental business and I was amazed how comfortable using the Rentredi platform.

Pros

The customer support. Whenever I have a question, I can get an answer quickly.

Cons

I received a discount card in the mail after I enrolled in Rentredi and it was not honored.

i chose over rentredi over furniture finders and it doesn't seem to be an easier process in managing the tenants and tracking payments. also, the lease agreements was used but i didn't like the format and it seemed like it wasn't accurate for the state. i'd rather use one system for every tenant or have my property management use one system but we are having too many issues with software

esthetically pleasing, appeared to be easy setup but help guides used

Cons

tenant was not able to use app; stated that it was flaky and non responsive at times. tracking applications, tenants, etc. was not successfully; tenant couldn't send the application(s) back through the system. applications, verification process, etc. was not updated in quick time to see current statuses. payment option was not trustworthy for tenant

I love this tool for managing my few rentals that I have. It is so simple to use and very inexpensive. I had a little trouble figuring out how to enter in past rents, but the online chat support answered me quickly and resolved it right away. Support also went out of their way to contact me to tell me I created a duplicate account for a property. I was trying something out with another account a didn't know how to delete it. They quickly walked me through it and all was good!

Pros

RentRedi is very easy to set up and get started with. It took minutes for me to set up my first rental property and all the payments expected for the lease.

Cons

Nothing really. It is just a quick and simple landlord tool for little money.

Reason for choosing RentRedi

Since I only have a few rentals, I didn't need all the functionality of Buildium and Propertyware. I wanted something simple for me to use and generate reports. RentRendi was very reasonable (<$20/mo). They are also listed in preferred companies on BiggerPockets.com so I knew they a reputable company.

### "Huge Timesaver for Self Managing Landlords"

Pros

Being able to have one app that can take me from marketing my property to find a tenant all the way to collecting my first rent payment is crucial. Then after that it continues to help you manage and make many processes seamless.

Cons

The app can be a little glitchy sometimes for both the landlord side and tenant side when I tested it. But most problems were fixed by opening and closing the app.

### "All-in-one Stop Shop for everyone!"

Customer Service agents are so fast, efficent and super helpful! They are really good at getting you the information you need and always ask if you need help with anything else before exiting chat. You get copies of all the chats you have had on email which is helpful as well! There are quick Youtube tutorial how-to's for both landlords and tenants that show you exactly what screens to use as well as explain it well!

Pros

The app! It's with you wherever you go! Both tenants and property management/landlord(s) have their own app! On the landlord/property management side you can email rental applications, cross-posts ads to 3 different real estate sites, prescreen tenants, credit & background checks and you can even receive ACH rent payments from tenants!

Cons

Locating the area where ACH payments are received by tenants has way too many steps. The $1 ACH processing fee for rent turns off tenants and landlords/owners.

Pros

Easy to use, for the thing I need to do I think the software has all the features and more with a reasonable price

Cons

The process for creating a payment profile is not clear. They ask to upload documents but they do not give any feedback. Considering that they create an ACH profile I cannot see why all of this.

Cons

\- would like to see better reporting options - would like to have option to add credits to individual tenants - would like easier process to move tenant to a new unit (and not lose their history) - would like to customize "home screen"

I love the ease of being able to collect rent, notify tenants of any issues and respond to maintenance requests.

Pros

I like that all the documents for my renters are all in one place. The app has the applicant sign documents with a selfie while holding their ID. This is an important step in being able to verify and hold a renter to the issues they agreed to.

Cons

Onboarding was a bit difficult which is why I couldn't give 5 stars. I had to repeatedly reach out to the online help desk because the start up information was difficult to find.

I love using the software because the customer service is very good. If I have a problem they resolve it pretty quickly. They call my tenants to help them with their problems as well.

Pros

The one thing I like most about the software is how I can control the way my tenants pay, meaning I can allow partial payments, full payments or no payments.

Cons

I wish the software was also web based.

Extremely pleasurable

Pros

As a licensed real estate professional, I have specific requirements I must adhere to when providing Property Management. RentRedi gives me a user friendly way to service my customers and, meet my legal requirements as a Property Manager. I don't have an excessive number of steps and different software that I have to learn and use. It's a win-win And, their customer support is outstanding!

Super easy to use, the support staff is very efficient and helpful.

Cons

Only issue I have found is I would like to be able to customize the application on certain areas. It asks for a little too much information on certain levels, I own student housing so all of my applicants do not have all of the criteria they ask for and they are unable to proceed thru the application process without this information.

Pros

This software is so simple and intuitive. I love that there is no real ramp-up time. I also love that "houses" everything we need - tenant application, communication, maintenance, etc.

Cons

I'd like to be able to modify the number of tenant notifications but that is not currently an option.

Customer service is above and beyond. When I have needed some support with the software I have had quick and accurate service to get me moving forward again.

Pros

I like that my tenants like the software. When you have buy in from the end user and they like it as well it certainly makes life easier.

Cons

I would love to see a platform for short term rental use in the future since we own both short term and long term rentals and it would be convenient to have 1 platform for all.

The two things I love about this feature are the simple fact I no longer chase rent anymore ACH payment direct to account and it creates a back office for my rentals which separates it from my Renovation business.

Cons

Some fields are a little complicated though tech support right there to walk you through it.

Pros

We had a little issue with setting up the ACH bank transfer when the tenants were sending over the security deposit but rent redi was very responsive when I reached out every time and since then have had no issues. I definitely plan on using them to help grow our rental business.

There was an issue with the ACH bank transfer that delayed the security deposit but we got it resolved after reaching out.

Recommended by BP and seemed to be a good fit for what we are trying to do.

Pros

I am extremely happy with my choice to use RentRedi for managing information for my properties and my tenants. I can put so much information all in one place and I know it is safe and backed-up. My tenants also find it easy to use. RentRedi is continually improving and providing new options for Landlords. I'm very pleased with RentRedi.

Cons

I find that the website is not totally intuitive. On occasion I have to search the site to find the information I need. If I have trouble, I simply chat or call a rep at RentRedi. They have always been very helpful and are usually available immediately.

Pros

The ease of tenants paying is automated. I dont have to think about collecting the rent and its deposited right into my account
