The site is sometimes out of my control at the moment.Have to go to each unit's page to see who has paid, and who has yet to pay.

Pros

Pretty user friendly. A 1 stop / app from application, lease deployment & capture to collection of rent.

Cons

Lack of ability to log daily client interactions. It would be great if tenants messages via the app vs having to provide cell phone for texting.

EXCELLENT. AS SOON AS THE LITTLE BUMP IN THE ROAD WAS ADDRESSED IT WAS SMOOTH SAILING. THE PROGRAM IS VERY USER FRIENDLY. I THINK THE AVERAGE PERSON WOULD FIND THIS VERY SIMPLE TO USE.

THE REQUEST FOR VERIFICATION WAS REPETITIVE. IT WAS REQUESTED BY FOR ME TO SEND IN VERIFICATION DOCUMENTATION TO GET MY ACCOUNT SET UP SEVERAL TIMES AND SEVERAL TIMES I SENT THE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED. IT WASN'T UNTIL I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE LIVE TO EXPRESS MY PROBLEM IT WAS REMEDIED.

Pros

Easy to use maintenance module for tenants and my maintenance crew. Quick access to tenant information.Automated billing, late notices and late fees.

Cons

Remember you get what you pay for. This app is very elementary. Also some of the worst customer service and technical support I have ever came across. I have a serious glitch in my app and am unable to get a detail deposit report. This has been going on for over 2 weeks without a fix. A detailed batch report was a deciding factor for purchasing this app.

### "Make Management Simple"

Overall, it's been great so far! I appreciate that I can list my unit, onboard tenants, collect payments, and monitor leases from one website.

Pros

It's been easy to onboard tenants, collect deposits, rent, and more, all from one easy-to-access platform. I love that I can use the app on the go, and it's simple and intuitive to use. It has made management of multiple units and juggling maintenance requests a breeze.

Cons

It's load time for the app can be frustrating. It takes a few minutes to register that I am logged in and not show the demo data.

### "Game-changer for landlord automation"

Overall, my experience has been great. There is support staff/AI agents available and getting back to you within minutes/same day etc. it’s also pretty easy to learn and set up. I maintain my Bigger Pockets Pro account mainly due to the perk of my subscription.

Pros

Online rent collection is a game changer! I live in rural NH and am able to remotely do all my main functions and job as a landlord of Boston-based tenants.

Cons

Some features are still a bit buggy and does not automatically take without a workaround like having to delete a lease to reconnect a tenant to their account in order for the rule tenant having to pay oldest charges first before they’re able to pay newer charges.

Been super simple to navigate and have had great customer service. I have loved the easy access for tenants to pay and to be able to set up autopayment as well as give me access to seeing if they ever turn autopay off.

Pros

Easy to use and manage multiple properties at once. I appreciated the excellent customer service and interaction.

Cons

The system was overwhelming at first due to all the different things it can do. Once someone helped me walk it through it made much more sense.

I have added the REI Hub module and find the property dashboard, transaction management and reporting easy to use and a time saver.

Pros

I am new to the property management business, and I found the features easy to utilize. I was able to update file information from my current accounts from 2025 and effectively utilize for future growth

Cons

There are some additional steps in removing tenant contacts when they change that caused a missed online payment that had to be issued by check payment.

I have had a great experience with the platform. It has saved us money vs having to hire a property management company.

Pros

Rent Redi was really easy to set up. I could set it up w/o help. When I had a question about renewing the setting for the next year customer support helped by walking me through step-by-step. The app was always secure, we did nkt deal with any bugs or technical issues. The app was also renter friendly.

Cons

At first I thought the app had a slow processing turn-around, but compared to others that can take up to a week, I can handle a couple of days.

I have had nothing but good experiences with . It's affordable, the customer service is really amazing and very professional, which I don't really see too much of nowadays in other industries. So I very much appreciate that and will stick with them because of it.

The customer service has been beyond amazing with their professionalism and quickness in resolving any issues or questions I might have.

Cons

It's not Rent-Redi specific but I am just not good with any kind of techy/software stuff so it seems overwhelming to me. But really once I am given the steps to take to resolve something, it really is very easy. :)

### "A Great Automation Tool"

is a great tool to begin automating my rental business so that I can free up my time for other things.

Pros

helps me to keep track of rents, late rents, and sends receipts to tenants automatically. This is very important since I am not very good at bookkeeping and reciept tracking.

Cons

I don't like that it keeps wanting to publish my rental online. I have tenants now and am not ready for more at the moment.

What I like most about is that it’s incredibly easy to use. Despite the processing time, has truly made property management easier and more efficient for me.

Pros

As a first-time landlord, I am amazed at how easy it was to set up the app. The app is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined the entire process, from collecting rent to handling maintenance requests. One of the standout features is the chat option, which is both fast and easy to use. The support team is always willing to help, providing prompt and efficient assistance whenever I have a question or need support. RentRedi has truly made property management easier and more efficient for me.

Cons

The only feature I like the least is the processing time for payments to reach my bank account. It takes about a week to process.

My experience overall has been a pretty good one. I can’t complain much about this app, but what I will say is I think they have a long way to go in terms of the interface and how intuitive it is for their users. Pros

What I appreciate most about is their customer service! I think this platform has a lot of the common features that someone might need and if for any reason you need assistance they are ready to help.

Cons

My lease favorite feature from would be the application process! In my opinion it would be very helpful to have tenants insurance available to the landlords as well as when leases are completed, we should be able to sign through rentredi. There currently is not a feature for you to send the lease for signature.

### "Great property management software!"

Overall, has been a valuable asset and very simple to use at a great price. I will be adding more units every year and it’s nice knowing I have this tool to support the day needs

Pros

It was easy to set up, easy to navigate, the app is easy to use, and the tenants are all using it effectively. I was able to post all the charges for the year so the tenants can see exactly what they will be paying for and I’m able to keep an eye on all the charges. I also really like the credit boost feature I offer the option to my tenants, which is a six dollar costto boost their credit score when they pay on time. I think this function is an opportunity. to boost their credit score when they pay on time. I think this function is a missed opportunity for all tenants. I chose this app because I really like that function as well.

Cons

I would really like to see offer the ability to create invoices so I can properly bill the landlord for the work I am doing. Also, it would be great if there was a secure portal so tenants can safely send me sensitive information. The initial set up took a little time. You have to verify you are the property owner by providing your contract or the owner by showing your deeds. You also have to verify your bank accounts.

Reason for choosing RentRedi

was brought up the most on the discussion boards. Everyone seem to like the performance and people did not have anything negative to say one of the issues I saw a lot from the other options was the delay of receiving payment in a timely manner.

### "Good software for property management"

Pros

I almost like how easily I can use it for the first time. Without technical knowledge, I still can use and explore all its functions easily. Also, when checking its documents, I can always get the answer for my issues and concerns. Cannot tell about the dashboard with the good arrangement which provides a good view and work on it faster. It fits with all my requirements for manage properties for my daily work. Save lots of time and improve my working performance.

Cons

Not so much but sometimes, I need to refresh the software to get the better performance as well as the technical support needs to rely more quickly. It is good if it supports auto hint for input based on the history.

### "A Great Tool to have in your tool chest"

Overall is worth integrating into your system. We are a small company that is growing. We started with three properties and have grown to five properties. We wanted software that would be robust enough to grow with us where if we had 100 properties we would not need to change. That is why we chose RentRedi.

Pros

We were just starting our rental business and needed something to help us keep up with the different properties and renters. Something with online access that would be easy for our renters and robust enough to be a help to us. fit the bill, it allows you to execute leases between you and the renter, it is a repository for your documents, it is our payment and notification hub for the renters, and we use it for our listing, application, and background checks.

Cons

It is lacking easy-to-follow instructions in several sections. When trying to list properties it does not allow for photos to be permanently attached to each individual property. So, if you have multiple properties you have to delete photos and hold them off software. And, there are times when customer service assistance is not available. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back and usually by the time they call back I am off to the next project and not near the computer.
