now managing over 80 rentals I give the application 5 stars; I initially started using the product to streamline rent collections, if you take the time to dig in it's so much more. It's clear the developers understand the rental business. it's a great value and while i'm sure their are others that do the same thing, I feel I found the best!

Pros

What's not to like; I'm not sure now how I used to manage without RentRedi. It's intuitive, easy to set up and work great. It's easy for tenants to set and use without any hastle.

Cons

I cant point to any real dislikes; in the 2 plus years I have seen positive improvements and with the one issue I had customer service was great.

Positive. I recommend it and appreciate the customer service. Creating charges is not difficult, and the ease of tracking things and not having to personally remind people to pay rent is wonderful.

Pros

I don’t use all the features, but I will be looking into that. I like the ease and organization of collecting rent. Renters like the ability to have it count in their credit score. Renters have appreciated RentRedi.

Cons

The only issue I have had is when renters make a mistake and pay rent ahead (this happened twice) — it was not easy to get this back to them, and I had to spend more time than I would have thought, both times.

We absolutely love RentRedi. We currently manage 7 doors, and it has drastically improved our overall landlord experience. One of the biggest selling points for us is the pricing structure; it is incredibly affordable and accessible for landlords of all sizes, whether you have one unit or a growing portfolio. It provides all the powerful automation tools of enterprise software without the hefty price tag. RentRedi has allowed us to streamline our business, save time, and eliminate the usual stresses of property management. We highly recommend it to any independent landlord looking to scale or simply reclaim their time.

Pros

What I like most about RentRedi is how much stress it removes from my day-to-day management, specifically through its tenant screening and rent payment tools. Before using RentRedi, chasing down rent and enforcing policies was a headache. Now, the automatic rent reminders and automated late fees do the heavy lifting for me. It completely changes the dynamic with tenants because the system handles the enforcement, making the entire rent collection process hands-off and worry-free. Additionally, the built-in tenant screening tools give me peace of mind right from the start of the leasing process. It’s a comprehensive, user-friendly platform that has made managing my properties much more efficient.

Cons

There isn't anything I actively dislike about the software, but the feature I use the least is the maintenance request tool. We still tend to handle maintenance communication directly with our tenants rather than through the app. For our tenants, it just seems quicker and easier to let us know about issues directly via text or phone call rather than logging into an app to submit a formal request. It's not a flaw in the software itself, just a preference in how we choose to manage our communication.

Very pleased and happy with services provided overall. Thus is a comprehensive platform that makes self managing all of my propwrties an easy and organized task.

Pros

The best part if RentRedi is having a comprehensive database to house all things related to our rental properties. It literally handles everything from rent rolls to track payments/ offer tenants an easy way to pay rent, communicate rent and/or properrty maintenence notifications, & offers application/tenant screening options/advertisement for new listings.It is an easy app for both tenants and landlords to understand. It's a one stop shop for property management at a reasonable price for all of the features it oiffers compared to similar property management apps. We have been with them since 2019 and the customer support has been very responsive and helpful with any issue incurred along the way.

Cons

There isn't a major con related to this platform that I would make note of, as we have been very pleased. The only negative might be the processing time of payments. I have had a few tenants incur an ACH return/ insufficient funds due to payment being made in the platform and the money not being withdrawn quickly enough. Also there is about a 3-4 day processing time wondow before payments hit the bank account as a deposit.

IT WAS REQUESTED BY RENTREDI FOR ME TO SEND IN VERIFICATION DOCUMENTATION TO GET MY ACCOUNT SET UP SEVERAL TIMES AND SEVERAL TIMES I SENT THE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED. Overall I have had a good experience. I have a new tenant and I work a full time job. I was able to send an application, a lease and provide the ability for the applicant to pay her security deposit all while not missing anytime from work.

Pros

I like all of the service options it offers. Allowing a lease to be uploaded, addendums, cover sheets, security deposits, renters insurance and rental payments.

Cons

I had a difficult time understanding Hiw to upload the lease when I first start using RentRedi. I would like for it to be more user friendly.

I enjoy using the RentRedi platform. It is affordable for what it offers. Customer services is always helpful in trying to resolve any issues or questions I or my tenants have. Having rent collection, applications & screenings and maintenance requests in one plarform is a huge help in managing my properties.

Pros

I like the rent collection feature the most as it gives tenants a quick and easy way to make their rent payments online.

Cons

I don't like that the late fees cannot be set up to reflect the late fee laws in my state. It has resulted in tenants being overcharged, so I have to manually add them at times. It would be nice if there was an accounting option built in.

I have added the REI Hub module and find the property dashboard, transaction management and reporting easy to use and a time saver.

Pros

I am new to the property management business, and I found the features easy to utilize. I was able to update file information from my current accounts from 2025 and effectively utilize for future growth

Cons

There are some additional steps in removing tenant contacts when they change that caused a missed online payment that had to be issued by check payment.
