Pros

Easy to use, ability to take card payments is great. Looks very professional on client side.

Cons

I don't like that there really isn't an "account" in the system for clients like there would be in quickbooks.

Pros

so many different options. If i ever have any questions i get a fast response.

Cons

i don"t have a place to do contracts. And i wish when i did the estimates it would automatically give me the price for labor and materials.

Pros

Takeoff Software is ok for what I use it for.

Cons

Glitchy at times and price increase. Better options for doing take off for the same price.

Streamlined software program and very inclusive with what it offers its subscribers. Customer support responds very quickly and professionally.

Pros

Flexibility and ease of use when creating 3D renderings. Also when invoicing clients there were many tools to help creat estimates very quickly.

Cons

The cost of the subscription is very expensive. I feel like there is great value but this is a very steep price.

Pros

I love the all start to finish features. It's really cool and the more I dive into it the more impressive it is.

Cons

Setting it all up. lol! Honestly the set up of anything is the most tedious work. Looking forward to having selections and templates established.

### "Houzz Pro Changes The Game!"

Absolutely amazing! The software to the customer service has all been exceptional!

Pros

Houzz Pro really thought of everything. The attention to detail helps our projects run smoother than ever before!

Cons

As a whole, Houzz Pro is amazing and the things I like least just seem picky. That being said, one of the issues I really wish I could change is that once a project is created, you can't delete it. During our training, we created several test projects and they are now just fluff.

The overall experience is positive with Houzz Pro. Although some updated and professional features would help improve the experience.

Pros

I like being able store client info and project documents in the same place and available in the cloud.

Cons

Plan viewing and takeoffs are not up to par with other estimating software. I would like to see more professional features. Writing estimates is also somewhat cumbersome in my opinion.

I was looking for a take off application, Houzz Pro's is very good and easy to navigate. Still learning all the features.

Cons

The features can get slightly overwhelming if you do not ave any experience with customer relationship managers.

They charged me after I cancelled their program. I called for a refund and they responded by saying the case is closed. Zero assistance, zero warmth. Awful company.

Pros

Terrible program and horrendous service, have zero care for their customers. I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Customer service was awful. Corrupt service that charges you after you cancel your subscription. Zero assistance with fixing the issue. Their program is overpriced for such basic functionality.

The overall platform is not bad but is not exceptional either. I paid for the year but will probably not renew.

Pros

I like the project through put taking it from Preston to complete

Cons

It is very one dimensional. The takes are mediocre at best for exteriors. Customer service has been poor since I have bought the subscription.

I really appreciate that it is easy to navigate, and is always supplying me with ideas for what to do next.

Cons

I find that the price is a bit high, especially for a small business. While I would like to say it is made an enormous difference in our work flow, the benefit may not outweigh the cost thus far.

It has been good, I enjoy working with all the different components.

Pros

It is easy to use and keeps me organized. I have used the 3D floor plans software with excellent results.

Cons

It is expensive. I have difficulty referring other designers to it because of the monthly price. I have requested that various materials be added, but they have not been. It would be great to add the materials myself, as needed.

We are slightly indifferent about the Houzz experience. On one hand it does bring users to our website and gives us more exposure, but on the other hand the lead quality that we receive through Houzz directly is kind of poor.

Pros

Houzz brings a decent amount of traffic to our website

Cons

We find it very difficult to actually reach the customer once we are sent the lead. The phone numbers Houzz provides does not typically work for us as we are therefore unable to reach the customer. So far this year we have been unable to convert a single Houzz lead to a sale.

It’s very easy to get started with and has a user friendly intuitive set of tools

Cons

I’m not a fan of the layout and fonts used when generating customer documentation.

I'm not really happy with my experience so far

Pros

You have everything you need for your business

Cons

Lots of the features don't work on mobile devices. It's so complicated that you need training courses and a coach to be able to use it effectively. Also Don't think that it's right that it is a 12-month contract that you can't get out of

All these years and very pleased with my experience. Definitely recommend to colleagues.

Pros

Easy to work, even if not tech savvy such as myself. I am able to easily navigate for the most part. I also like the ability to communicate easily with my clients through the email feature. Overall, it feels like a very organized system, which my team enjoys.

Cons

I do wish the platform was a little easier for those of us that are IPad users.

Easy to use and edit. I have made a few mistakes during start up that are easily corrected.

Pros

So easy to get up and running. I love the update UI and how my customers are delighted by all the information available to them. It's helped me so much get off the ground and make great impressions. Love the integrations.

Cons

No real cons...just a lot of power in this tool I am working on getting to know.

The support wasn't as seamless. some of the techs weren't sure of the answers since we are Ivy transfers.

Pros

Its intutive and feels like what we use to use, Ivy.

Cons

The print is small. It's hard to "go back" when in a project/purchase orders or project/invoices. Toggling between the two is cumbersome and slow. The small print, buttons and arrows. It's tiny.

This program has simplified my process tremendously. Having these tools has also leveled up my professionalism with my clients.

Pros

Houzz Pro makes designing for my clients super simple! I especially love the room scanning tool to build my floorpans!

Cons

I don't like how the set up suggestions stay up on your profile. I wish those were hide-able. It is also pricey to add a second user, however unavoidable.
