Rokt has helped us capitalize on revenue sources exponentially better than we had in the past. Pros The entire platform is based on dynamically displaying relevant offers based on what is generating the most revenue. This takes the work off of our plate and ensures the offers are relevant and not redundant. The Rokt team is also very attentive to any question/need we may have. Cons At the moment, we have no negative comments about this software service. Rokt has proven that the quality inventory for ad products and audiences we're reaching are qualified, and gained a greater understanding of our audience habits because of it. The customer service from our account team, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], always gives me the confidence they have our business in their best interest, and always pushing to learn more so we can efficiently scale and drive success for the product. Pros The Rokt product is a unique offering that tailors to the specific needs of our web product. The ease of reporting and customer service give me the confidence I need to share performance feedback to key stakeholders. Cons There is a time delay for the internal reporting software, but an easy fix. They've been super helpful and hands-on helping us get our feet wet and get using the platform. Without them, I would be totally lost. I love the lead-gen side of things and getting more 1st party data in a unique way. It's too early to say how profitable this has been for us so far, but I'm hopeful things pick up. Pros What I like about Rokt so far is the 1st part data I get, nurture section, coupon section, and KPIs that are right there front and center with the different campaigns. It's easy to use and easy to navigate. Cons Onboarding was pretty painful, and I would rather have it more sales-focused rather than KPIs solely focused on cost.
