Pros I liked how simple and user-friendly it is. The platform makes it quick to upload, sign, and send documents without a lot of extra steps. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require much training. I also appreciated how easy it is to track document status in real time, which saves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Cons The platform tends to crash more often than expected, and I’ve run into several glitches that interrupt the workflow. Prima dovevo stampare, firmare a mano, scansionare e inviare; adesso tutto si fa in pochi minuti. Anche le persone meno abituate alla firma digitale riescono a completare il processo senza difficoltà. In generale lo considero uno strumento pratico e affidabile, con qualche piccola area di miglioramento ma già molto valido per l’uso quotidiano. Pros Interfaccia chiara e facile da usare, anche per chi non è esperto. Processo di firma veloce: bastano pochi click e il documento è pronto. Possibilità di far firmare a più persone senza dover inviare mille versioni. Buona tracciabilità: si vede chi ha firmato e quando. Cons Le notifiche via email a volte arrivano in ritardo. Mancano alcune funzioni avanzate di personalizzazione del layout dei documenti. L’app mobile è utile ma un po’ meno fluida rispetto alla versione web.
