Overall the experience was great. The app was constantly being updated and engendered to suite its audience.

Pros

The phone app ease of use and simplicity. Dayforce makes it easy for employees to manage their schedules.

Cons

I didn’t like the limited features offered within this app. I wish there were more training features as well as pay stub features.

Dayforce powerpay is professional, and for a larger company, a great payroll option.

Pros

Professional, and efficient for book-keeping purposes in a larger company.

Cons

It integrates with the best with Dayforce Scheduling/timeclock. Dayforce Scheduling does not have my recommendation.

I love dayforce, for T4s, EHT, bi-weekly payroll processing, such an easy system to use and so many tutorials and pages dedicated to step-by-step processes

Pros

Super easy to navigate and does 90% of the payroll leg work for you.

Cons

Took forever to get digital paystub access - should be free/built into the base cost of the program

I consider it positive due to the ease of using the app. And it also provides a good amount of security when logging in.

Pros

Paperless and easy access of end year reports and payslips. And reminder when a new payslip is available.

Cons

Nothing really, the app is easy to learn and very user friendly.

Very good. Customer support is fantastic and they take care of all remittances.

Pros

I like how easy it was to get payroll setup for a person who didn't have any payroll experience. The customer support is excellent and you spend very little time on hold when calling to speak with someone. It's easy to navigate once you get setup.

Cons

I didn't like how on setup I was not provided substantial enough training to know that certain codes needed to be setup on initial migration. Subsequent support calls to make changes costs extra.

this system is great for any small to medium company that is looking for a system that is worth their money. Easy to use and makes payroll easy and efficient.

Pros

The system is small but mighty ! It is great for a company that is looking to make payroll a quick and efficient task for their Payroll department.

Cons

The reports could be built out a little more offering more of a variety to make balancing a little easier.

Quick and easy system to process/manage payroll

Pros

Its easy to use. Lots of learning modules available to learn the system. Able to review payroll before it is submitted
