We had a book of prospective business already in place, and Flywheel was effective in managing the process of converting prospects into active clients, while spending less time on administrative/data entry tasks, allowing us to spend more time with our clients. Pros It’s got a lot of really useful tools. Decent email templates, account tracker is something needs a follow up or hasn’t been touched in a while, etc. It is also really easy to use once it is set up, and it has both mobile and web apps Cons Set up was cumbersome. There is also a little too much going on, too many notifications and places in the process where accounts/campaigns can get lost. Support team isn’t the best either, long wait times for a solution. Great for when we were beginning to host our own and client websites. Pros It was faster than the other hosting companies we were using with a simple setup and deployment solution for us. A great out of the box solution if you want speed for your website without all the headache of a more advanced hosting platform. Cons We needed more access to certain features as we grew as a company for our clients. This is a great solution if you're an agency that wants to hand off your hosting to your clients. We wanted more control.
