Cons Time card printing beyond a 2-week pay period is nonexistent and presents a challenge for historical reporting. The employees like the phone app and the managers/approvers of timesheets all find it easy to navigate. Pros What I like most about UKG Ready is that it is user friendly. The checklist for payroll or quarter end work are super helpful. Cons The one thing I like least about UKG Ready is that customer service is is outsourced and sometimes there is a language barrier. Most of my troubles with UKG came form editing/changing employee information after hire. Pros I liked that UKG Ready had a lot a features that I could utilize for employee tracking, particularly relating to employee management and recruiting. Cons It could be due to the organization not having enough UKG Ready add-ons, but I felt that integration was very poor with the regular version of UKG. Pros Easy to use and navigate. Convenient to use the mobile app and adjust schedules as needed and check time sheets. Cons Although it is convenient, there were various times that it was unusable due to server errors or the server being down. It shows you each area of the time off you have accumulated and not just a generic message. Cons It was very difficult to get to the benefit section or figure out how to edit your time that was already added. It is simple to fix the time card but getting to the section needed was confusing.
