The team and leadership of the company is amazing. \[sensitive content hidden\] are rockstars in this space. And rightfully so. All while doing so, they treat their clients like people, not account numbers. Pros SearchAtlas is the most advanced piece of software I have ever used in any sort of a professional manner. The platform is powerful, does it's job, and then some. It blows away the competition (SEMrush and Ahrefs). It helps me deliver results for my clients with a small team that is unheard of in recent years. I'm able to get my clients on the map pack and get found in local searches, much less in AI chats Cons I don't have anything negative to say. If I have to bring up the "bad" the only thing I can say is that due to how fast they innovate and introduce new tools, the platform does get bugs and has glitches, but they are quickly resolved. And on that note, the support team is fantastic, and is growing and innovating as well. Founder Consumer Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "SEO gamechanger" February 24, 2026 5.0 I have been using SearchAtlas since June, 2025 and they continue to amaze me with the level of depth they provide in improving SEO results for my website. For the price of their monthly subscription fee, it is easily worth 3x as much. They continue to make every aspect more intuitive and impactful, and the results I have achieved are tangible, which isn't always the case when working on SEO. Most of all, their technical support team is amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient and get the job done. I cannot recommend SearchAtlas enough! Owner Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Buggy and Support is Lacking" March 31, 2025 1.0 I jumped into Search Atlas with both feet after more than 6 years with SEMrush. Not that SEMrush was bad, but the promise of AI with their tool "OTTO" was quite appealing to me. However, a few days in and I started noticing some problems. 1) The load time of the site is very slow. I saw the "spinning circle of death" a lot more than I should, and it lasts for several minutes. 2) Their programs are buggy. I installed the OTTO code onto a test site and Search Atlas told me it was there. I go in the next day, and it says the code is not set correctly. I reinstall the code and it is back. It stays that way for several days then it tells me that it is not set up correctly, again. This continues to happen for a couple of weeks. 3) I use their GBP "Galactic" tool to generate some citations for a client. A few days later, those citations disappear! Then, when trying to add them again, they get added to the wrong client. 4) Support. I am convinced that there are no real humans here to support their product. They only allow support through their chat program. I asked to speak to someone on the phone and they don't offer phone support. They told me they could schedule a video call with me in 4 days! I would have to wait 4 days to speak to a human about my urgent problem! 5) Just now, I click on the link for "Help", because the chat help bubble isn't loading. The link to "Help" doesn't even work! Looks like I am going to be going back to SEMrush or maybe another competitor. I can't offer the Search Atlas services to my agency clients in good faith. Hopefully they can turn it around, but as of March 31, 2025, it's not even close to working as sold. I would not say it’s easy to use at first, but they gave me 1:1 setup support and have had multiple events showcasing every new feature — with SEO it’s unbeatable. Cons The initial setup was overwhelming and as a technical person that’s rare. But support is fast and effective and moved me through the setup hurdle so I could focus on implementing an saving time. They are out to churn and burn through clients to get all the cash they can. Pros It's available but requires you to do a lot of work upfront, including SEO, even if all you want to do is manage campaigns. Cons It doesn't work.
