My overall has been better than expected. I first signed up on their SalesRabbit lead tool of which if I knew now how it would go, I probably would have never signed up with Rooflink. I have not been impressed with their other tool being SalesRabbit as they are literally the exact opposite of how I feel Rooflink is.

Pros

What I like the most is the support you receive when you need something as well as the ease of going through their CRM platform when you are a new user

Cons

So far, I haven't found anything I do not like with them. If I have ever had an issue, I call their support team, and \[sensitive content hidden\] is an absolute professional and has figured out any issues I have needed help with.

Pros

All in one roofing CRM software, which helps not only source and manage leads (for example, it has weather alerts and automatically identifies areas with roofing job opportunities), also helps respond to customer requests for quotes/estimates, and managing roofing service delivery from start to finish including managing materials, staff, jobs, invoices. It also has integrations with other software tools like Quickbooks for accounting.

Cons

Customer support can be better but it's a great product/service.

Pros

Roof.link is fully customizable and not a simple out of the box product. It allows us to create custom workflows that meet our needs, instead of what a developer who has never done our job thinks we need. The customer support team is awesome and switching to Roof.link has saved us substantial money over our previous software, Acculynx.

Cons

There's not much to dislike, but if I was going to knit pick one thing it would be to make the search feature more robust.

The best part about Rooflink for us is the customizability. We were able to seamlessly incorporate our contracts, service requests, material order forms, all company forms etc. into Rooflink and tag information to fit exactly where it is needed.

Cons

Ability to change templates on the fly. We have not found any CRM to do this as of yet.
