I recommend lusha if it manages to gather leads at a consistent manner and also has other features on it's plate. Right now if Lusha offers exporting and project creation it would be better.

Pros

The emails I've been getting are accurate and legitimate. I like that Lusha extracts personal emails to really help our team when we are sourcing.

Cons

It's inconsistent. It doesn't work sometimes when you're trying to find the candidate's email or contact information unlike other contact finding tools

Lusha changed their pricing and offering. Didn’t alert existing customers to the changes. When I asked they said it was my responsibility to check and decide on what deal I wanted. I was paying three times the current deal for a quarter of the access (I had been loyal for too long. Who should choose to do that? Unconscionable and tardy business practices. Stay away. Plenary of alternatives out there.

Pros

Was reasonably accurate for the information they could provide.

Cons

Shoddy customer service. Sneaky practices around ensuring customer got the right deal. The credit you accrue aren’t actually yours. They disappear when you step away from the service. So you don’t get to use them even though you already paid for them.

1\. I get emails for all leads I search on Linkedin 2. Easy to use with Linkedin 3. Most of the emails were right 4. Helped ot get phone numbers as well.

Cons

1\. I dont get emails for if the name is having middle name 2. I get bounce even though I am using paid version

I am able to reach individuals directly on a more consistent basis. Had to call main line and ask for my contact prior to this. If Lusha has the correct information (which is sometimes doens't) then I am calling them directly and have a better, quicker way of reaching them.

Pros

It is easy to use and providing the person's best contact phone number and email are the biggest strength. Finding someone's email and/or direct line is very tough so this helps alleviate some of those issues when prospecting.

Cons

A LOT of the contacts don't have any email or phone number. It will just say something like "Lusha cannot verify the contact". When I was in the free trial a good number of contacts had the info but ever since I paid for the yearly subscription I am finding that a good number of contacts LinkedIn profile do not have their information or say "Lusha cannot verify the contact". Also - sometimes the information is inaccurate (which is exepcted).

Reason for choosing Lusha

I think providing the individuals direct line or cell phone has been the main reason I like Lusha over other products.

This is such a handy tool, it has allowed me to reach out to so many more candidates than otherwise possible. It definitely has contributed to $$$ in the bank for me and I love it!

Cons

In terms of negatives, there are times when some of the data is inaccurate, but this is to be expected for this type of tool.

It is great for quick information and filling out details on a prospects profile onto the CRM.

Pros

I like that i am able to access prospects mobile number at times and their work emails.

Cons

Sometimes the number suggested by lusha are incorrect and i end up calling someone else completely different than the person i originally intended to contact. or the email is wrong, or it shows a prospect personal email which i do not need.

Pros

Being able to reference work emails and in some cases mobile numbers.

Cons

Database could be updated more regularly. Came across many unavailable contacts or outdated contact details. When integrating in Salesforce and creating a lead it automatically assigns it to a lead owner which is out of their territory - perhaps have a verification or step up to confirm that this lead should be saved to SFDC with said lead owner.

We have used Lusha to accumulate leads for cold prospecting. The reply rate for cold prospecting is generally low but with Lusha we are able to get quality leads and hence the overall reply rate looks good.

Pros

Lusha helps you can get quality leads with a click of a button. It can help you create and send customize emails. A general reply/response rate is good with the leads obtained from Lusha.

Cons

The only disadvantage is that it is not supported on iOS.

Overall is good and i wish the price can be competitive with other products as the data provided from Lusha is still very limited. You may have a package for user which can help you to enter user information which Lusha lack of. This can help Lusha to build database in Lusha as i think a lot of Lusha user having a big database which can help Lusha to complete those still empty. This can let Lusha get free information from user which just provide them using Lusha apps. Which is win win situation for Lusha.

Pros

Lusha is very user friendly which connect with LinkedIn, the contact can be show once enter the user profile.

Cons

Price is slightly expensive which the data is not so complete. Other than that, i found out some email which provide by Lusha is wrong. So this make user lost confident to get information from Lusha.

Pros

Sometimes gives you the right information and email format. It's easy to use and works on most people you see on LinkedIn. It seems slow on LinkedIn RPS but not sure that's true 100% of the time.

Cons

Most of the time the phone numbers are incorrect and they are, in fact, for a persons former company or employer (meaning you get shouted at for being the 100000th person to call that number recently) or are for their switchboard (which is hard to justify costing a credit if you're pumping out readily available information which I could find for free in a click of a button). Sometimes the emails are wrong, not all of the time, but are usually easy to correct by looking at a sample population of similar people at the same company.

I enjoy lusha and the recent price reduction makes it accessible for solo users where there may not be a strong enough use case to get the tool brought on by your employer.

Pros

Lusha makes mass prospecting easy and most of the information is accurate

Cons

Lusha works best for enterprise level companies (large organizations). I’ve used the tool on enterprise and SMB and find far less information available on decision makers for SMB

Its a time saver, lusha has time and again helped to reach out to the correct contact in a company, it helps my bypass the gate keeper and focus on what matter the most. Building repo and value.

Pros

The best tool at the hand of a lead generation rep is LinkedIn as it has the most updated company information you could get at scale. Being able to add a plugin that links with a profile to give me the email and number of a lead makes it ever so easy to just focus on the conversation than guessing the email or taking time to call the boardline trying to connect with a prospect/lead.

Cons

A lot of the results that Lusha gives at times is the personal email ID of a person, the numbers are also at time boardline numbers which you could just get from the website. They should identify if its a work/personal email or office line/mobile (it will be much easier to decide if I need to use my credit of not to get the info)

Love Lusha, makes my life and my teams life much easier and speeds up the process to speak to the key decision maker at byusinesses.

Pros

I love that if I need to speak to the decision maker at a business, either CEO, Marketing Director or GM Lusha will 50% of the time have the correct mobile number ad email address. This saves me a lot of time as I do not have to go through reception desks to speak to these people

Cons

It is obviously frustrating that the numbers are only correct 50% of the time.

Reason for choosing Lusha

I liked how it gave my team mobile numbers of decision kajers directly used to LinkedIn. We use LinkedIn all the time to have that extra layer of mobile numbers and emails when tracking people down is critical.

I use Lusha daily when prospecting and really don't know what I'd do without it. I've got so many accurate details and I can definitely say it helps me hit my target

Pros

Simple and easy to use, links straight up with my CRM for quick imports. The best data of any prospecting tool.

Cons

Sometimes it will pull old data from prospects previous roles/companies.
