I need it so I use it. Could be better, but overall it does what it supposed to do

Pros

Integration into LinkedIn is very easy and comfortable to use. Most of the time I get some information on a potential prospect. And most of the time it is pretty accurate

Cons

Integration into CRM system is not applicable. No automatic import into company's CRM. Part of the time the information is not correct and there is no validation tool

So far about 10% or so have only home email addresses listed and that isn't good for what I use it for.

it's database is smaller than others, other than that - it's pretty good!

Overall experience is very very good with this software. Solve all the problems.

Pros

It has a very large no. of user data. You can generate leads using this and can convert them into sales. By using this task seems easy to fetch emails and contact numbers of decision makers. Automatically connect with the Salesforce CRM. Connect with the API's.

Cons

I don't think there is any less feature in this software. It has everything which needs to be in the sales profile. but they can lower the pricing it looks a little high.

I enjoy Lusha, but I only use it for contact numbers. In terms of emails there are other options available that are free and very accurate.

Pros

The ease of use for receiving contact numbers

Cons

I believe that if the contact details are incorrect, there should be an option to receive a refund on a credit as it is not accurate or useful calling a number that no longer exists.

Lusha has made our lead and account management process easy by providing prospect details. overall i would rate 7 out of 10.

Pros

I like the integration with LinkedIn and pop that comes if we find the contact information, The overall response is good with paid version which we have bought last year.

Cons

Multiple times we are unable to get the contact information which should be taken care by Lusha. They should upgrade with better ROI.

We are having a satisfactory experience with Lusha.

Pros

Lusha engine that can access various data sources, including LinkedIn. It includes an extension, which allows users to search through their contacts and identify potential business clients. Lusha provides current contact information, and so we no longer need to visit a separate website simply to obtain a phone number.

Cons

Not much to dislike as it is a useful tool except the cost can be high for certain usage.

All good and better.

Pros

The best part about this software is if I am finding a UHNI lead (Britishers, South Africans, Australians) in Saudi Arabia and they do not have a Saudi mobile number on Lusha, but it has their resident number.

Cons

There is no such concern, but sometimes the dashboard misbehaves. but rest is perfect

Overall good, some things cannot be helped, but again, a much better tool than some others I've trialled on the market.

Pros

The ability to integrate into LinkedIn and Google Chrome to actively prospect on the go. Also, it helps extremely in cases of international contact numbers. I also like the the ability to rate contact details as correct or incorrect, so as to use for future reference.

Cons

The inconsistency of results. Most emails are correct (Outside of work emails), however phone numbers can either be old, disconnected or in use by someone else. It would be nice to report incorrect numbers for potentially a refund on credits used on incorrect numbers.

It is often that I can't find contact details for an individual on Lusha, however, when I go to ZoomInfo or Rocket Search I can find it

Pros

There is not much that makes this a good tool

Cons

The database and information is seriously lacking to be an effective tool

Out of date data... most searches deliver about 40 - 50 % incorrect leads. Doesn't even align with its own data source...Linked in is more accurate and current.

I love this tool but more needs to be spent on development and integration.

Pros

it find me mobile numbers i can't find anywhere else and therefore makes a huge impact on the opportunities I can find

Cons

The lack of integration with SFDC is a pain. The upload to SFDC function was such a fantastic release, a complete game changer for time spent on prospecting. However, it could be a lot better. When you upload a lead it should integrated fields such as country, Job title, lead owner etc so Lusha could definitely be doing better on this part. Providing better field update would bring the company to the next level.

Pros

Lusha gives you contact information not posted on LinkedIn or Zoom. The numbers and emails are accurate about 90% of the time, let's be honest...nothing is 100% but Lusha is pretty close.

Cons

There is nothing I can think of right now that I dislike

Experience is fair. Still lot of corrections would help to get the accurate contact details.

Pros

Overall a good product. There are quite a few errors occuring on different phones or email ids coming when we open the same profile at two different instances and I guess your teams might be working on them. At times the numbers are not correct.

Cons

Ease of use. Since it is plugged with Linkedin it becomes very handy and the pop up comes once the details are there on Lusha.

Reason for choosing Lusha

Lusha seems more effective since this gives contact numbers which is important from our perspective.

Easy, Convenient, Effective, Time Saving

Pros

Lusha has made life easier by enabling faster access to contacts on LinkedIn. Earlier I would have had to send several messages to a contact in order to get a response. Now I can get their handphone number with one click. It has really helped me in improving the quality of my network with a direct access to them. I don't think any business development professional or consultant can imagine life without LUsha.

Cons

Many times the contact details are wrong. The phone numbers are not correct. Sometimes no details are given whatsoever.

SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway. I tried cancelling again and when I went through the whole process the cancellation failed AGAIN without notifying me at all that somethign went wrong. When I asked the rep to cancel it for me and give me a refund for the month that I didn't use and didn;'t even log in once, he asked me for an email confirmation, in the same conversation he admitted that they don't always send email confirmations.

Pros

It IS really easy to use and I liked the interface

Cons

The qualitity of data is horrible, I guess one out of 10 leads will have a correct data

Having an accurate contact details has been very easy for me since I started using this tool a few months ago. Lead research has been fulfilling and effortless thanks to lusha.

Pros

Lusha has provided me a great and accurate results for contact searches, it also has a simple interface so that all users can easily navigate through the tool.

Cons

Sometimes it provides the same contact details once the salesforce has been updated, it feels like it searches for the contact information that was previously saved rather than providing correct contact details.

Lusha is great software we use regularly in our company to get the contact details in the recruitment industry we are into. It is really helpful and usually provides an accurate email ID. A lot of times the phone number is incorrect although.

Pros

Lusha is really helpful in finding the contact details of the candidate I want to reach out to. Cannot imagine a day in recruitment without lusha.

Cons

A lot of contact details provided at lusha is incorrect. Sometimes it connects you with a person having the same name but altogether in a different location, which creates a lot of misunderstanding at times.

Lusha has been a game changer for me as a sales person. Prior to Lusha I had to battle with reception or guess numbers to try and get hold of senior C execs at companies I was targeting. Lusha has freed up much of my time wasted on said exercise and allowed me to target more companies, with more accuracy and get through to key C level execs more often.

Pros

Easy to use, integrates with LinkedIn and the data accuracy is very high in terms of DD and mobile numbers for target prospects.

Cons

I have no negative take aways from using the Lusha software to date

I can definitely say that Lusha has been helpful throughout my day to day tasks as the extension tool can get the job done. A simple click of a button gives you accurate information and this alone is very helpful from a sourcing standpoint

Pros

Lusha gives you legitimate contact information just with a simple click of a button. The contacts have been accurate based on my experience and it also extracts personal email addresses which really helped me with engagement.

Cons

Lack of features. Lusha needs to have other features such as project folders so that we can customize and group profiles. Overtime, having thousands of profiles in the dashboard can get daunting and it needs to be properly organized for better efficiency

I have realized so many benefits of lead generation from the offset. I will never go back to doing lead generation/cold calling like we used to do.

Pros

This product is easy to use and has made my job as a Business Engagement manager a whole lot easier and has taken out the pain of having to cold call and research tons of companies before finding the correct target market.

Cons

I feel like it is quite expensive based on only getting 40 credits per month, per user on the professional package. I feel like the paid packages should also integrate with SalesForce without having to purchase a higher package.
