### "AVOID MAKING AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!!!"

Pros

Nothing. It is supposed to do a very simple job, which is to provide contact details for the accounts we are prospecting into, and the data is either inaccurate or not there at all.

Cons

We have been with Lusha for 7 months now, and the overall conclusion is that the emails and phone/mobile numbers they provide are grossly false to what was initially presented and promised. Claim from Lusha is that they provide 80% accuracy of their phone/mobile number data, which, on one hand, is true. HOWEVER, their coverage of data is 10% which is just horrible for the price tag it comes with. Meaning out of 100 people, they will have contact details for 10, and 8 will be accurate. SO 8/100!! But they won't tell you this. We had multiple meetings with their data team and their Customer Success Manager to try to find a solution where we requested that they deliver on their promises, but all that we got was no direct answers and parroted: "Lusha is continuously striving to improve the data it provides, and our accuracy is 80% which is the industry standard." And when I point out that the coverage is 10% so their accuracy doesn't mean much, we just get blank stares and a silent meeting. Lusha claims to update their database every quarter and have verified contact information, but let me give you a couple of examples of my experience with it so far: - Called a number provided by Lusha, somebody picked up and said that the person I'm looking for left the company 15 years ago, and their phone number was taken over by somebody else. Therefore, they left the old number next to this prospect for over 15 years. - Called a number provided by Lusha, and a wife of that person picked up, saying this is her private number and not her husband's work number. - Called a number provided by Lusha, somebody picked up and said that the person I was trying to reach has not been using this number for the past 8 years. - Countless times, person picked up said that yes, this is their first and last name, but they do not work in the company I was trying to reach, therefore it's the wrong person. Then imagine the frustration when you barely get 10 numbers out of 100 to find out that they are wrong or inactive. Their email coverage is about 50% with the same accuracy of 80% so expect 40/100 people to have correct emails.

It is a unique tool that will open many doors, in addition to being able to relate to all the other tools in the sales ecosystem.

Pros

allows me to obtain data that I can't find in any other platform, in a simple, integrated and economical way.

Cons

Sometimes it consumes credit and the information is not entirely up to date, although in one way or another, it is usually useful anyway.

It's a handy solution for finding prospects though not always the most reliable due to prospect information not being 100% accurate.

Pros

Lusha is useful for finding prospect contact information and keeping within regulations. It keeps everything right with this.

Cons

The accuracy isn't always there and that's down to the prospects themselves to be honest. If prospects aren't up to date then Lusha can only go with the information it finds.

Easy to start and use but for a mature/maturing sales organisation it does not offer the level of data accuracy that helps our teams to get the right prospect info to reach out to.

Pros

Very easy to start using and set up, especially when you are in a not so structured sales org yet it provides quick and easy prospect details such as phone numbers.

Cons

Data accuracy is quite a problem and seems outdated to say the least. Coming against the price we paid I think there are now better solutions out there for more mature sales orgs.

I have been using Lusha for 2 years now to find people's contact information, especially email addresses, to send payment collections. At the beginning, I thought this was a tool just for the sales department, but I find it really helpful also to give me highlights about the people, and sometimes, for companies.

Pros

I like that you can find email addresses for multiple people through LinkedIn, and in most cases, those addresses are real

Cons

I found really annoying that sometimes my account is disconnected and I need to log in again even though I was using the tool before. It is like sometimes it gets disconnected randomly.

Overall, my experience with Lusha has been really good - the quality of the data is high, which helps the team to reach out to prospects faster and make the business development process less daunting.

Pros

Lusha is a very user-friendly platform for researching data and finding accurate lead information, and the LinkedIn extension is also handy.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Lusha is that the phone numbers are not classified as Switchboard or Direct dials.

Pros

This is a great tool to use for lead generation. This software always has the most up to date contact information.

Cons

Sometimes if the prospect has only been there for under 6 months they may not be listed in Lusha which can make it challenging.

### "Amazing contact-finding tool "

Lusha has given me the tools I've been looking for for a fair and reasonable price. The free account gives me an amount of credit to be used, but whenever needed, I can simply buy more credits.

Pros

The Google Chrome extension works well and gives me the information I need. In addition to a resourceful business database, the website is complete with a great range of information displayed in a simple and easily readable layout.

Cons

Last month I faced a little misinformation in Lusha. While looking for the contact details from LinkedIn, I noticed that the telephone number on the website was different from that on the extension. After contacting the support, they've told me that sometimes this kind of problem happens because their database is poorly integrated.

Overall, the platform is easy to use and has a lot of cool features. I would say the data enrichment piece seems to be at least 75% accurate if not more. I do wish that on our plan I am able to upload a CSV of names and companies and have it automatically enrich all of that data instead of having to go one-by-one.

Pros

Lusha is an easy-to-use lead generating and data enrichment platform. It's a great tool for me as a marketer who doesn't have a sales team and works for a small company trying to get a sales motion in place.

Cons

I don't like that the credits are use-it-or-lose-it. As a small company in a tough economy, our budgets are constantly fluctuating. I paid for a certain amount of credits but due to competing priorities, could not keep up with using them. Then, we had to downgrade our subscription based on cost cutting. Since I already paid for the credits, I feel like I should have been able to use them whenever I wanted even after downgrading (and then just not get more new ones).

Lusha has been a crucial tool to find decision makers incredibly quickly which is important for expansion in our business. The ability to identify a decision maker in seconds saves an incredible amount of time saving you money and allowing sales people to focus on driving more revenue.

Pros

The most important feature for us is the seamless integration between Lusha and Hubspot. Using Lusha, once we've identified a decision maker, we can instantly add this into Hubspot which is a massive benefit saving a lot of time. Lusha has a fantastic web extension for LinkedIn and we've found their data accuracy to be amongst the best having trailed other tools previously. It is easy to set up and administer to the team with little to no training.

Cons

The only criticism is the data accuracy can be low at times providing out of date emails and phone numbers. This is to be expected but more could be done to identify leads with a low chance of the data being accurate and up to date.

It’s easy to use tool to get lead info and company details. Extracts accurate movable numbers of decision-makers. It provides an email service. It syncs well with salesforce. Its extension is straightforward to access and extremely quick.

Pros

Lusha is a nice product and alternative to Zoominfo if you’re into prospecting, lead generation, and contact details identification domain. The most effective part is it complies with the GDPR norms and hence you’ll be able to use it to find the contact details of the EMEA region which is quite onerous through Zoominfo which is nice if your target market is APAC. Each of the cloud version platforms and also the extension works well. Lusha Dashboard is additionally intuitive, and helps is to keep track of credit used over totally different periods by different members in graphical format, which is quite helpful. The fact that appliance works very smoothly on the Chrome extension with less hassle. One will realize contact numbers as well as email addresses very simply by merely adding the extension on your Chrome or any web browser, occurring the target person’ LinkedIn profile and obtaining their information.

Cons

Most of the profile doesn’t have mobile numbers. And conjointly, most of the time, the e-mail goes bounces back. We will not import details to CRM or into any doc file. It’d be nice also to have the titles of people on the list, so it’s faster to sift whom to pick and whom to skip.

There're many key contacts whose email ids are either not available through Lusha or they're not their official email IDs. Thus the authenticity sometimes suffers due to that and also causes a delayed response.

I have been using Lusha for about 1.5 years and I have never once run into an issue using this software. Furthermore, Lusha complies with the standards set by GDPR and CCPA, which takes a lot of stress off of my shoulders (as I have noticed many of the alternatives do not offer this option).

Pros

Lusha is incredibly easy to use and integrates perfectly with our companies Salesforce. The ability to quickly gather accurate and tested contact information ensures that our sales team always has the highest quality contacts available. Furthermore, Lusha customer support makes it easy to troubleshoot any issues you may come across.

Cons

I believe that it would be beneficial for Lusha to be able to pull geographical locations from LinkedIn profiles in addition to emails and phone numbers. Perhaps having a checkbox that allows users to pick and choose what data they would like to pull can be useful.

Reason for choosing Lusha

We spent about 3 months trying all of our options before finally choosing to go with Lusha. During this process, I took a list of 50 companies, and began finding contacts for them. After comparing my results, I found that Lusha returned the largest quantity of WORKING emails. Some of the alternatives returned emails that did not actually exist, possibly due to faulty coding with the software. Therefore, it made sense for us to go with Lusha, since it seemed that we would get the most ROI on this product. A year and a half later we have renewed our yearly contract with Lusha, and have no inclination to change products anytime soon.
