We like that it is completely online product.

Pros

Auto Billing clients and interaction with QBO. Project Tracking

Cons

The Client evaluation dashboard doesn't make sense and cannot be relied upon. I have reported this issue many times, but it has not been fixes. Also, there needs to be more time frame choices in the client evaluation dashboard.

Office tools was desktop bound and it was a violation of their license agreement to use it by logging in remotely.

Reasons for choosing Qount

Big Time did not have a Client Portal. Microsoft TEAMS was really difficult to configure for clients to use and does not play well with Apple products.

Qount has helped up shed about a dozen software apps that are all consolidated into one product. I love the all-inclusiveness of the product, the direction of development, the leadership of the company and the adoption by our clients. I've actually had client compliment the platform - after 20 years, that was a first!

Pros

Workflow management is possibly the strongest feature, but client portals and document management are spot on as well. But if you are looking to automate and document your processes (like really write out each step) this will help you get it done!

Cons

Reporting needs to be worked out better. Or I need help ensuring all of my time and billing is done correctly so that reports are accurate. I think a little of both.
