Pros It worked (I think) for a while. I never had to use it in a pinch. Simple to set up and schedule. Ran reliably, but backups were less than stellar for our purpose. Cons Had trouble with reliable backups to a NAS. We need 100% reliable bare metal recovery and this failed us a couple of times. Also, hard to retrieve individual files compared to other options on the market. Switched from [Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/204559/Acronis-Cyber-Protect-Cloud/) Too expensive Alternatives considered [Macrium Reflect Workstation](https://www.capterra.com/p/160544/Macrium-Reflect/) Reasons for choosing Paragon Backup & Recovery I didn't.
