The software is an all-rounder where school admin, teachers, and parents can seamlessly collaborate with each other. The tool is excellent, especially for managing classes, schedules, and invoices to parents. The invoice tracking (automatic if we choose card payments) and bulk notification features are game changers for us. The automatic tracking of teaching staff hours is incredibly useful – the number of hours and payment details are automatically calculated by DreamClass, saving us significant time and effort. What I appreciate most is that DreamClass keeps constantly improving and releasing new features, which shows their commitment to staying current with school management needs. We have had two teacher onboarding meetings and all my team responded really positively. Pros I love the user interface and ease of functionality. The value for the cost of the product is great. I think the best part is the customer onboarding process and support you receive as a new customer. Lida has been absolutely amazing! Cons There is not much I do not like about DreamClass. We are still getting familiar with the product but if there is something missing Lida always asks if there are ways to make improvements that would help our school. Anytime I have had any issues, customer support has been super helpful! They have such a quick response time, despite the time difference in our two areas. In the beginning, we had a few hiccups with forms and attendance, but support has been very quick to respond via email or zoom to get the issues resolved! No question is too big or small for them! The support team also reaches out periodically to check in and make sure everything is still running smooth on our end. Pros DreamClass is user friendly! I like the gradebook section best. It was very easy for my team to adjust to that part of the system! Cons Not really dislike - but the biggest adjustment has been communication via email. That has been the biggest complaint from our families. I know there is a texting feature, but we communicate a lot and it just isn't in our budget. It can be a little confusing to set up at first, but being able to customize fields and get the form to do exactly what you need is very valuable. Cons The learning curve is a little steep for a non-traditional school, but the ability to customize the content is very valuable.
