Pros I rely on Uku for managing clients, organizing workflows, and tracking time. The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. What I particularly appreciate is its flexibility — everything can be edited later if needed. For instance, if you forget to start the timer at the right moment, you can easily correct the time afterward, making daily tasks much easier to handle. Cons A small area that could be improved is that sometimes it’s slightly tricky to locate completed tasks in the calendar if you don’t remember the exact start date or deadline. Nevertheless, this is a minor inconvenience and doesn’t impact my overall experience with the software. Do not know a better task management software available in Estonia. Pros I really appreciate the new update where you can write comments on the task for other teammates to read- it makes teamwork much smoother and keeps everyone on the same page. Cons When I want to find an older task to reuse, i have to scroll through the calendar manually to locate it. I would love to see a search bar at the top of the calendar view - it would make finding old tasks much quicker and more convenient. Pros The feature I appreciate the most is UKU reports, which allows me to easily collect the actual hours my team spends on tasks. This detailed reporting helps ensure transparency and accuracy when issuing invoices to clients. Also worth to mention, it is easily accessible. It also gives me a good understanding where i am spending my time. I like the email features aswell but in some ways it is very hard to navigate in uku and the learning curve to use it is kinda high. i see the value in it though and i am ready to take some more time to integrate it in my company.
