A staff survey in 2019 identified employee engagement as a key issue at our company. Now we have the technology we can start to use it as part of our employee engagement strategy. It feels like such a great tool that all good companies should use!

Pros

I love the visual aspect of this software. The branding is great and the team created fantastic characters (grapes!) which we use for the Recognition cards and the initial communication to our staff. Once you are in and save the log-in information, then it is easy to open up on your desktop and access it as and when people add new things, and it is easy to have on your phone too. We have used the product for approximately 5 months now and are about to carry out another push to get those who aren't using it, to understand the benefits. It will play a big part of our employee engagement push in 2021.

Cons

We have found that our own staff's inability to use technology has been the bigger issue rather than the tech itself. There is a divide between staff who work in the office and can access the web version and use it daily, to those who have more manual jobs and don't have access to work PCs. We have struggled to get them to access the app on their phones but are now working on engagement with these teams to better understand what the blockers are.

Interested and Interesting. They totally take an interest in your business to know how to build something bespoke for you that will engage your employees. They also are totally clued up in employee engagement so some conversations can really help to get creative juices flowing.

Pros

The ease of build, use and innovation - this was great.
