Communication to and from One Step GPS has been excellent. We like "no contracts" - as our business operates this way ourselves - and like that we have the option to buy or rent equipment. Cons Alert configurations can be a little bit of a hassle to set up if you are assigning different preferences to different alerts. We wish there was a way to customize some of the alerts further - for instance, we would love to be able to assign a "Speeding over posted" alert for something like 13 mph over posted for non-highway driving, but for highway driving we'd want the alert to be "speeding over" 20. Perhaps there is a way to do this, but I have not figured it out.
