Our office manager loves it, our front desk team members love it, and our doctors love it. It has almost completely eliminated uploading, downloading, and printing documents for faxing. It has saved us time both in sending faxes and in training team members on the fax processes and procedures. Pros I love the seamless integration with our Practice Management and EHR system, Jane App! The ability to send faxes directly from a patient record is a huge time-saver for us. Cons While sending and receiving faxes is a very smooth process, it was somewhat cumbersome to personalize our fax cover page to include our clinic logo and not have it look like cookie-cutter template. It's so quick and easy to set up, and easy to teach a new user. It makes faxing an easy task! Pros I like that it's all online, no external hardware and fax lines. Easy to set up and understand, it feels like a great value for a clinic needing to use fax. Very streamlined. Cons Sometimes a recipient will tell me they didn't get a fax when I have gotten a confirmation email (Not convinced this isn't the recipient losing the fax, but it has happened a few times.) We haven't had any issues sending or receiving faxes—it’s been completely reliable. We especially love the seamless integration with JaneApp, which has made our workflow much smoother. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to use. Highly recommend! Pros Seamless JaneApp integration, easy to use, reliable faxing with zero downtime. User friendly for all team members. Cons Cons: None so far — everything has worked smoothly and reliably since we started using it in April . Pros The days of a traditional fax machine aren't as popular these days plus receiving a document isn't always legible. By using the cloud to deliver, it's a much faster way to do so from anywhere and the documents looks the same just as when it was sent. Very intuitive and user friendly platform and great customer support Pros The user interface is very easy to navigate and the porting process took just a few minutes to convert our old fax line to e-fax. Hippa compliance was also important. It was nice that everything we needed was included in one low price package. Cons That everyone can view the history if they have access to that fax line. Easy to set up and support is unmatched. I was able to port 2 voip phone numbers that were costing me $75/month. Now I pay $85/year for 2 numbers. One I use as my default fax number and the other I have basically parked there so I wouldn't lose it. Overall, the best fax software I've used over the past 10 years. Cons Not much to complain about.
