My overall experience has been positive. I did require a few training sessions, but I now feel that I understand it well.

Pros

It’s easy to use for client's and the studio and the support I receive from \[sensitive content hidden\] when needed is excellent.

Cons

It seems that building Smartlists has to be done in a complicated way. I think the process should be more straightforward.

In a word, bsport are amazing. Professional, supportive, and genuinely peoplw who want to help and grow your business. I know that if i need help its there, and I don't have to worry about small issues, they just get dealt with.

Pros

From the initial conversation about using bsport the communication and advice has been amazing. No hard sell, just a clear idea of how bsport can help manage and grow my business. There are so many positives, ease of use for back office and client perspective, bookings are easy to do and manage, and if there are any issues, the customer support is first class and just as important, fast to respond. Really helpful to me is the fact that bsport deal with GooglePlay and Ios for app management.. this takes a lot of pressure off as I would struggle with this.

Cons

Genuinely, its hard to find fault. The chatbot for support is sometimes a little bit challenging when you want a quick answer but this is a minor issue and not on that should put anyone off....its definitely more a me issue !!

Effortful and frustrating from beginning to end, except for the 5 start sales call at the very beginning

Pros

It has a sleek-looking skin for the costumer side. We offer Pilates in private, group and semi-private and maybe if we offered only group classes it would be better... don't know bc that was not our experience.

Cons

Costumer support, the software itself, the cancellation process. The software feels clunky and if you need to rearrange something... good luck!

We had a great discovery and sales call at the beginning and believed bsport would be great. We had tried already Mindbody and Acuity, and had been in business for 8 years at least. After the sales call, everything went down hill. the customer service was very disappointing and frustrating. It felt like we ended up living with the issues or stopped using features because there was no real answer on the other side.

Pros

easy CRM with a ton of half working options. Great for small businesses and freelancers, \[sensitive content hidden\] (customer service) is a nice person.

Cons

Ridiculous customer service. We've been dissatisfied after the first month and the Bsport has been stalling communication and solutions for months. ''Under review of management'' and ''send to X team'' are their go to messages for stalling. Don't get me wrong, if you're a boutique / sports club just starting out and need a non crooked CRM, Bsport might be your solution. Just be ware, once you join, they don't really care about you at all. Unless you don't pay, then all of sudden there's a vast amount of communication and blocking just to make sure they get your money. It's typical for companies like this; great service until they got 20m+ funding and scaled. Dollar eyes turned actual human interaction away...

### "Mixed feelings but great customer support"

Each platform has it's issues, the more studio owners I speak to, the more this is apparent. Getting the support you need to find a workaround and having a stable solution feels the best you can hope for.

Pros

Once signed up customers get along with it. The support AI bot is amazing. The system never falls over, although sometimes the app does.

Cons

The sign up process for customers is a real trouble spot and we tend to do in person. For events, a guest buys an event pass and then separately books to event using the pass. It catches people out every time so we moved to EventBrite. The PoS system isn't usable if you have more than a couple of water bottles and some T-shirts.

### "WARNING: Predatory Contracts & Unusable Software. The "Free Period" is a Trap."

I strongly advise any studio owner against signing with bsport. My experience reveals a business model built on trapping clients in contracts rather than providing a working product. 1. The Contract Manipulation (The Trap) During negotiations in June, we explicitly told our sales manager (\[sensitive content hidden\] ) that we are a seasonal business and would only begin testing the system in the off-season (August). To close the deal, they told us: "No problem, sign now in June, and you won't pay for 3 months." It sounded like a good deal. Here is the catch: The contract has a strict 2-month cancellation policy. By the time we actually started using the software in August (as explicitly discussed with the manager), our legal right to cancel had already expired. They knew our timeline perfectly well but engineered the contract dates so we would be locked in before we even really opened the program. 2. Technical Failures When we opened for the new season in September, the system proved to be completely unstable: • Critical bugs preventing daily operations. • Severe lags and delays during class bookings. • Activities and classes failing to appear on the schedule. • In the very first week, I was already emailing 3 different support managers to fix basic issues. 3. Unethical Business Practices After 3 weeks of testing, we realized the software was unfit for purpose. We offered a fair compromise: we would pay the penalty for the setup/onboarding work their team did, and terminate the contract. They refused. They are now demanding payment for the FULL REMAINING YEAR. The Verdict: I consider this a scam because the manager knew our studio's specific seasonal needs from the very start (June). She pushed us to sign, claiming everything works perfectly. Now that the "trap" has snapped shut and the testing period revealed a broken product, they simply shrug and say: "We understand your situation, but you must pay for the year." Do not trust their sales pitch. Read the fine print. Avoid bsport.

Pros

It’s a TRAP, what do you like most in financial Traps? I guess nothing. Especially when we are talking about ~3500€

Cons

Manipulation, trap, managers who focused only to sale and ready to hide info or even lie. BUGs in a system and slow support managers.

A Difficult Experience with Bsport – Hoping for More Accountability and Support in Our Industry As a small business owner running a yoga studio in Switzerland, I joined Bsport in May 2024 with the hope of finding a reliable, all-in-one booking system and app for my clients. It's been a good experience from beginning to end. I have felt I have had the support I needed to get set up, any questions I have had and general check ins from my account manager.

Pros

Its really user friendly, I find it easy to use. My members also find it really easy to use, book, pay and cancel. Any glitches are dealt with asap. I am happy with the price of the system, you get a lot with the initial platform and then add on's should you need/want them.

Cons

To be honest I am pretty happy with the system. As with anything new some things mean the same but are just labelled differently but once you get to know it its easy peasy. I would love to see a retreat add on though! I have found that sometimes members booking into workshops are often purchasing for two people but the system only books in one person though.

Overall, bsport made it much easier to manage our gym operations. It saves time, improves organization, and gives our clients a smoother booking experience. I would definitely recommend it to any gym or fitness studio owner.

Pros

The system combines everything in one place — bookings, memberships, and payments. The interface is intuitive both for staff and clients, and the support team responds quickly and always helps when needed. Reporting tools are also great for tracking attendance and revenue.

I've enjoyed it so far, I feel like it has a way to go in terms of being a polished product but can actively see that there are improvements being made. The flexibility it offers is great but there are a few workflow issues which I would love ironed out. Better UI both for my FE and BE would be great.

Pros

The features are good and it feels like where there are maybe gaps or potential areas for it to grow and be more useable you guys are trying to do so. The customer support has been very good, initially we had \[sensitive content hidden\] and then \[sensitive content hidden\] and both have been super responsive no matter what the issue.

Cons

The UI is still a little basic, some of the forms aren't easily worked with. Dropdowns could do with an update, small things but i think updating the component library could do wonders for the overall usability dropdowns can be a little buggy and anywhere where there is a number selection if you scroll up or down after you are at risk of changing the input. Other number inputs will always start the input with a 0. Greater flexibility with discount codes- single use generator Would like to be able to link directly to the app, so offer pop ups in the app link are external links which is a really bad work flow.

I Had some miscommunication with Bsport about the contract conditions, but eventually things were resolved. Overall I think that the software of bsport is good, I would recommend it to big studios with multiple teachers and locations because it can definitely support the need of it.

Pros

software itself has great features and is user friendly.

Cons

Contract renews automatically every ear and it strictly lasts 12 months, which you need to be aware of yourself.

Nothing but support from day 1. from initial contact, migration and launch, to checking in after a month: I love the support and the personal team Bsports provides. I have an intimate studio and I want to be able to provide a personal experience for my customers, and Bsports provides that!

Pros

The customer support. Every step of the way you have someone who shows you step by step how to find the best solution. Plus it’s intuitive. You think you want to find or use some data and there’s something already set up that allows it!

Cons

No PayPal! It was a big adjustment for myself and my users but not a deal-breaker. The initial costs were steep but working with the program month by month and having no hidden costs - I feel like the platform works for me instead of me working for the platform

Overall our clients are happy with the software and we’re not getting any complaints. The system is fairly intuitive and easy to use from our end otherwise the tutorials are short and sweet and the team is ready to answer our queries

Pros

The team is very helpful, they allow feedback and they use it to develop the software. We like that it’s a startup who accepts our advice. It’s easy to use and intuitive as a software

Cons

The reporting is a little confusing, I don’t like the tabs - would rather see a list only with more filters as to categorize my revenue streams. Would also love if the PoS is less clicks, as it takes time to go through a sale and finally connect to the card reader

A great experience so far as I am new to bsport. I had a very good and informative Demo with \[sensitive content hidden\] . He understood the needs of the studio right away and he showed me how the Bsport software would help with my business . Excellent on boarding training with \[sensitive content hidden\] which is always there to help me with anything I need with the software . I am also happy to know there is a follow up on how I am getting on with the software Thanks to her for a great support. I am enjoying the software and I don't regret that I have done the switch.

Pros

Marketing , communication and reporting. Very easy to use and have various functionalities that help my business. A very modern software. I love the intercom when you need help.

Cons

The App as a Teacher log in. eg: To be able to check in a member for an appointment as Present or Absent. Would love to do more with the App.

### "Power of Boxing"

Further to the above the experience has been superb and I can't recommend them highly enough. I am big on customer service and all my questions have been answered either by chat or zoom call within a matter of hours. The clients have enjoyed the new system too which is equally important, particularly for retaining our client base and attracting new customers.

Pros

I believe bsport is a step up from our previous booking platform, Zingfit, and has a more modern feel to it, coupled with outstanding customer service.We are a very small business that has taken a hit since the pandemic and bsport were the most understanding, out of every potential company we spoke to, in terms of the platform and the setup we required. They were the only ones to show willingness to meet me in person, which speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. They also made sure that the transition was effortless too.

Cons

There are a few features that I would like to see included going forward but I have been told that these are in the pipeline and will therefore hopefully be implemented next year.

### "Visibility of the whole studio in one place"

The bsport team were very supportive in the migration process from prepping me for the build-up to post-migration follow-ups to iron out any issues, where I was unsure of settings or how to get something done. I think the product is great. It is seamless, intuitive and having that integrated view of the business is very valuable from a time and money perspective.

Pros

Having shifted from multiple systems to bsport which does it all is much more efficient for managing the business. There is a single source of information. In addition, I can view the info in bsport from different perspectives - by customer, customer behaviour, by pass type, marginal value of teachers etc. These insights allow better decision-making. The platform is intuitive for both the member and the back-office user to navigate.

Cons

I wish some of the standard reports, like sales, payments/settlements etc. were pre-setup. Because of being in west coast North America time zone, there are not great time zone overlaps with the support team. I find them responsive when they are in office, but the support isn't available 24/7.

Reason for choosing bsport

Momence pricing for the same features was more than double and to be honest at the Momence price point we couldn't afford to switch, but would have just stayed with the cobbled together MindBody platform. Plus Momence doesn't currently offer the webshop functionality or it is very limited in comparison to bsport.

Clunky, out-dated MindBody where everything feels like it's an afterthought. In Canada, Mindbody don't offer a tap and pay card processing solution. Our newsletter database was in Mailchimp, we had no ability to talk directly to clients who we could see liked to attend a specific class or had a certain pass-type etc. As a result all marketing was unintegrated and untargeted. Our online channel was in Vimeo OTT so Mindbody passes were useless and it was as separate customer database again. Lastly we wanted to add a webshop, like Shopify, which would require yet another inetgeration app between Mindbody and Shopify to keep the records in sync!

### "My high hopes for Bsport were totally crushed"

the process of setting up and getting data transfered was chaotic and a lot of miscommunication went on, so it was not done properly and took more than three weeks I had to do all my private appointment bookings again by hand as they did not transfer these. Very hard to get the cumstomer support. My difficulties not taken seriously, no apologies, no refund.

Pros

I did like the fact you can creat individual auto-reminders for each class, which means I could send the Zoom link in each reminder for the class. Tagging clients can be useful to create groups.

Cons

When I bought it, after a very good hard sell by someone who obviously did not know much about the actual functionality, it turned out Bsport did not have some very basic features yet avaikable; they were selling a half built service! I could not create a block of classes which clients could ask to automatically be booked in to; they had to book each class separately and as they were not used to this, I ended up having to manually do this for 98% of mu clients. I lost clients this way as they were so upset about the booking system. They tell me they now have this function, but what use is this for me when I spent £2700 upfront for software that turned out not to be at all functional for me. It also randomly sent out emails in French to clients when nothing had been done in their accounts! The staff have not dealbt with any of my concerns or rectified anything and will not even dicuss compensation a refund.

I have had issues with MINDBODY for many years: their expense, their many bugs in their code as the code is very old and they jsut keep adding patches and fixes rather than a full re-write. Getting through to customer service takes literally hours and you alwasy get someone who knows less than you initially and it takes another hour to get through to a 'Level 3' person who actually has some knowledge. However it has far more functions than Bpsort already set up and at least semi working.

My experience is overall good. It works fundamentally satisfactory. If the cons and the professionalapproach I explained would be a little better this app would deserve more than 5 stars.

Pros

Bsport is easy to use program. It contains lots of options in one place such as emailing (you dont need mail chimp etc.), smartlits to group people, marketing, branded app, variaty of payment options, easy communication etc. It makes everything very easy. Customer service is always there for you but it doesn't mean that you get what you need fast. However, you can reach them and you know it.

Cons

Although lots of functions work perfectly, sometimes the function that you need doesnt work properly or there is a problem with the functionality. I experienced it with several topics over the last 1.5 years. Last year, there was a problem with the iDeal payment of option (#1 payment option in the Netherland), it took them several months (4-5 months) to solve it. It damaged our business alot. However, I couldnt find a better service provider and stayed with them although I did several meetings with others. Then there was an issue with the installment payments which I needed talk with aaaaalll the people who had instalments. It was a hassle. The people using bsport's own app can use your platform/brandedApp without signing your own terms and conditions. We had a severe problem with one of our customers about personal data protection. We have the consensus in our terms and conditions about photo and video sharing in social media. They have to accept it before they start using our app and platform. However, bsport users can book lessons without approving our own terms and conditions. We had a serious risk to be in the court about this this (June 2025). It has still not been solved. It has been more than a year since I reported it (Somewhere in 2024). Other thing, you can get a branded app for your company it is very nice but it is what you get. It is almost impossible to make changes and customize for your studio. For example, language selection, you cannot select the language of the app yourself from the app. It works through system language, If the main language of the phone is not supported by the bsport app, it goes to second language of the phone whatever it is, etc. Impossible to explain to the customers. Or it doesnt show the descriptions of the lessons on the app when you tap on them. The customers was not able to see the difference between the lessons. I think solved lately but took several months to solve this type of fundamental function. I don't want to list everything I experienced here but I would want them to work with a little more professional manner. The requests you send them feels like they are sent to the space and no one knows when they come with a response. There is no plans, no due dates, no progress updates shared with the customers. I dont know how they work on the request intake, priority settings and project planning but as a customer this may be the thing that I am least satisfied with. I never know when my request will be done or will be ever done. It is ok to get in the line of requests but I want to know when my request will be taken care. Next year? It is ok, just commit to a date next year and let me know. It is my business to decided if that commit date is ok or not. (This was better for the last update we made with Bsport).

Overall experience with B-sport has been great. The migration process was made really easy and we got allot of tech support from the b-sport team. It great to have the online chat feature, really helpful rather having to sit on the phone for help.

The branded app is what we most like about B-sport. It's easy and straight forward for our clients to use.

Would be great to have more of a business app rather than having to go into the back office to make changes. Also being able to add information that's specific to our business to the app would be really helpful.

Really really.happynwoth bsport, after doing demos with glofox, Mindbody, punchpass and another, bsport had all of the functions we were looking for, it spoke our businesses language. Ontop of that, as a bit of a digitally phobic being, the onboarding process was so easy and smooth. I really can't recommend them enough, especially for the price, which after demoing so many to find out the price was astronomical, it shows that bsport has it's priorities right in both pricing, customer care and studio needs. Bravo Bsport

Pros

\- the onboarding process, the team that helps, \[sensitive content hidden\] is absolutely fantastic, responds so quickly.and efficiently, a lot of the time with videos which as a dyslexic is phenomenal. So easy to get help if an issue. Scheduling is very easy, setting up memberships and repeated bookings, so so easy!! The tutorial library is also so useful! Absolutely brilliant

Cons

A little hard to find things by clicking about- some specific processes need to be understood before using but that's just learning a new software!
