Effortful and frustrating from beginning to end, except for the 5 start sales call at the very beginning

Pros

It has a sleek-looking skin for the costumer side. We offer Pilates in private, group and semi-private and maybe if we offered only group classes it would be better... don't know bc that was not our experience.

Cons

Costumer support, the software itself, the cancellation process. The software feels clunky and if you need to rearrange something... good luck!

We had a great discovery and sales call at the beginning and believed bsport would be great. We had tried already Mindbody and Acuity, and had been in business for 8 years at least. After the sales call, everything went down hill. the customer service was very disappointing and frustrating. It felt like we ended up living with the issues or stopped using features because there was no real answer on the other side.

it is too expensive for our small studio and doesn't allow to easily see what appointments go with which pass, or to change passes (purchase option) for a specific appointment... we never used momence, so this is our impression.

Pros

easy CRM with a ton of half working options. Great for small businesses and freelancers, \[sensitive content hidden\] (customer service) is a nice person.

Cons

Ridiculous customer service. We've been dissatisfied after the first month and the Bsport has been stalling communication and solutions for months. ''Under review of management'' and ''send to X team'' are their go to messages for stalling. Don't get me wrong, if you're a boutique / sports club just starting out and need a non crooked CRM, Bsport might be your solution. Just be ware, once you join, they don't really care about you at all. Unless you don't pay, then all of sudden there's a vast amount of communication and blocking just to make sure they get your money. It's typical for companies like this; great service until they got 20m+ funding and scaled. Dollar eyes turned actual human interaction away...

L’outil est très facile à prendre en main et son fonctionnement est logique. En cas de problème, l’assistance basée sur l’IA est vraiment efficace, et lorsqu’un accompagnement humain est nécessaire, une personne prend rapidement le relais. J'aime beaucoup également les rdv occasionnels pour faire un point tous les 3 mois.

Pros

Franchement génial. C’est un outil qui facilite réellement le quotidien : très complet, intuitif et bien pensé. J’ai hâte de découvrir les prochaines évolutions et nouveautés à venir.

Cons

Je ne vois pas de véritable inconvénient. Comme tout bon produit, il peut toujours évoluer, même lorsqu’il est déjà très abouti. Peut-être qu’un accès encore plus direct au support (par exemple par téléphone) serait un plus.

Vereinnahmte Mitgliedsbeiträge wurden wiederholt nicht fristgerecht ausgezahlt, was zu erheblichen Problemen in unserem laufenden Betrieb geführt hat. Zusätzlich war unser Studio über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht in der App sichtbar, wodurch uns nachweislich Vertragsabschlüsse entgangen sind. Besonders problematisch: Der Support reagiert auf wiederholte Anfragen entweder sehr spät oder gar nicht — selbst bei geschäftskritischen Themen wie Auszahlung, technischer Störung und Kündigungsbestätigung. Insgesamt ist der Service unzuverlässig, intransparent und für einen professionellen Geschäftsbetrieb aus meiner Sicht nicht tragbar. Ich kann diesen Anbieter daher leider nicht empfehlen.

Pros

Zu Beginn sehr reaktionsschneller und engagierter Support, schnelle Antworten innerhalb weniger Stunden und der klare Eindruck, dass Probleme ernst genommen und aktiv gelöst wurden.

Cons

Unzuverlässige und verspätete Auszahlungen der vereinnahmten Mitgliedsbeiträge, was zu erheblichen Liquiditätsproblemen führt. Kritische technische Fehler (Studio zeitweise nicht sichtbar, dadurch Umsatzverlust). Sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit des Supports, keine oder stark verzögerte Reaktionen auf geschäftskritische Anfragen, inklusive ausbleibender Kündigungsbestätigung

Hele goede klantenservice. Uitgebreid en modern systeem die mee gaat met de wensen van moderne yoga en sport studios.

Pros

Fijne moderne interface, gemakkelijk te gebruiken en in te stellen. Uitgebreide marketing and filter functies om klanten per doelgroep te bereiken. Fijne automatisering van betalingen. Hele fijne klantenservice / account management voor support.

Cons

Het is een heel uitgebreid programma, maar soms moet je even wachten tot een bepaalde functie beschikbaar komt die is gepland.

Bonne expérience globale car bsport est une solution complète pour les studios de sport. Nos clientes sont très satisfaites de l'application, elle est fonctionnelle, pratique et efficace.

Très bon partenaire pour les studios de sport, solution complète avec une interaction efficace facile et en Français, en cas de besoin.

Cons

Nous sommes très satisfait alors je ne mettrais pas d'inconvénient, juste quelques suggestions pour améliorer l'expérience: -L'offre parrainage n'est pas adapté à notre clientèle (Pilates en abonnement) car le parrain gagne un avantage sur un futur achat. Hors le Pilates coûte déjà cher et nos clientes sont déjà au max de ce qu'elles peuvent payer. Pour enlever ce frein au parrainage nous aurions aimé choisir l'offre du cadeau et décider d'une réduction automatique sur le prochain prélèvement. -mettre un message d'alerte en temps réel lorsqu'une cliente s'apprête à annuler une séance après le délai imparti d'annulation, afin d'éviter les malentendus et les demandes de mauvaise fois pour un remboursement. -empêcher le retrait du moyen de paiement lorsqu'une cliente prend un paiement en plusieurs fois, car certaines personnes mal intentionnées enlèvent leur carte après le premier versement. I strongly advise any studio owner against signing with bsport. My experience reveals a business model built on trapping clients in contracts rather than providing a working product. 1. The Contract Manipulation (The Trap) During negotiations in June, we explicitly told our sales manager (\[sensitive content hidden\] ) that we are a seasonal business and would only begin testing the system in the off-season (August). To close the deal, they told us: "No problem, sign now in June, and you won't pay for 3 months." It sounded like a good deal. Here is the catch: The contract has a strict 2-month cancellation policy. By the time we actually started using the software in August (as explicitly discussed with the manager), our legal right to cancel had already expired. They knew our timeline perfectly well but engineered the contract dates so we would be locked in before we even really opened the program. 2. Technical Failures When we opened for the new season in September, the system proved to be completely unstable: • Critical bugs preventing daily operations. • Severe lags and delays during class bookings. • Activities and classes failing to appear on the schedule. • In the very first week, I was already emailing 3 different support managers to fix basic issues. 3. Unethical Business Practices After 3 weeks of testing, we realized the software was unfit for purpose. We offered a fair compromise: we would pay the penalty for the setup/onboarding work their team did, and terminate the contract. They refused. They are now demanding payment for the FULL REMAINING YEAR. The Verdict: I consider this a scam because the manager knew our studio's specific seasonal needs from the very start (June). She pushed us to sign, claiming everything works perfectly. Now that the "trap" has snapped shut and the testing period revealed a broken product, they simply shrug and say: "We understand your situation, but you must pay for the year." Do not trust their sales pitch. Read the fine print. Avoid bsport.

It’s a TRAP, what do you like most in financial Traps? I guess nothing. Especially when we are talking about ~3500€

Cons

Manipulation, trap, managers who focused only to sale and ready to hide info or even lie. BUGs in a system and slow support managers.

Très satisfaite du logiciel Bsport pour la gestion de mon studio de yoga fitness et danse. L’application de réservation est très facile d’utilisation pour mes clients .

Pros

Accompagnement personnalisé et fonctionnalités multiples, application très appréciée par les clients, facilité d’utilisation.

Cons

Qui dit bcp de fonctionnalités , dit pas facile de toutes les maîtriser mais heureusement on peut toujours poser des questions sur le chat ou prendre rdv avec un conseiller

Usage quotidien simple, service client top (\[CONTENU SENSIBLE\] est géniale, précise et efficace, toujours avec le sourire)

Pros

Première prise en main rapide, accompagnement sur mesure, service client disponible, nombreuses fonctionnalités pour suivi précis, l'envoi de communications marketing (newsletter hyper simple à prendre en main)

Cons

Les rapports que je trouve alambiqués... notamment les rapports prévi encaissements. Vraiment complexes tous les rapports, mériteraient d'être franchement simplifiés.

Ik werk nu bijna 3 jaar met het systeem van BSport en op zich een prima partij denk ik, die het systeem blijft ontwikkelen.

Pros

Alles in één systeem is handig en werken met een eigen gepersonaliseerde app is prettig. En \[GEVOELIGE INHOUD\] is een topper!

Cons

Het is lastig persoonlijk contact te krijgen als er je een vraag of probleem hebt. Een afspraak inplannen kan dan pas over een aantal weken. Soms duurt het lang voordat er een oplossing komt voor iets dat niet optimaal werkt. Systeem is wel behoorlijk prijzig; zeker als je niet zo'n grote speler bent.
