Really easy, from the interviewees prespective the range of rewards was great and easy to navigate and from my perspective it was easy to send those rewards. Most of the interviewees were from Asia so this covered there needs easily.

Pros

The user interface was really clear, my team had been using it for a while before i used it so every was already set up. Sending out the rewards was completed easily.

Cons

I guess the menu options, 'campaigns' for example. I used my teams internal guide to find how to set up the rewards for my research project, maybe a section on the home screen dashboard could visualise this, lessening the need to rely on my teams guide.

The delivery is fast. But i tried using it anywhere you could think of with no luck.

Pros

It is delivered and easy to redeem. Not a hassle to receive card.

Cons

This is just a pain in the ass for south africans. I cant buy anywhere with this gift card. It declines everywhere including online e-commerce in south africa. Cant you make more options for south africans like transfer to bank account or PayPal at least. Im losing a lot of money with and now i just want to give up. Its no use at all. Its painful.

Overall this platform is very easy to use and one that we will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Pros

is very intuitive for both the administrator and the recipient. In the beginning I had to reach out to customer support and their response time was very timely.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about . A few weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to have an option to schedule payment delivery and they quickly responded with a solution. Now this is not even an issue.

support was great from the beginning. interface works really well. There's not much for me to say critically of it, it does the job it needs to do and hopefully leads to higher retention. we were having issues with people signing up to complete surveys for amazon cards but wouldnt follow through. since switching to , we've already had a few takers of the two different visas

Pros

I cam for the variety of rewards available, but the backend is also really nice and convenient. being able to see the analytics will certainly prove was the right choice vs just offering amazon cards. My rep Sophie got me sorted out pretty quickly, and tremendous in genral was super responsive.

Cons

It's overall a good system, but there are some QOL things and polishing to be done. Could be personal preference, but more options for the backend, more customizable exports, maybe a more fleshed out analytics section. when uploading a template, instead of returning an error when naming the client project- be able to batch edit via sheet.

It solved all of the problems we had with incentive distribution. It works, and I don’t have to think about it.

Overall, is a great tool to use and it succeeds in what it claims to do---offering a user-friendly way of compensating clients via a reputable platform.

Pros

The steps to set up an account and funds for research compensation were very simple and straightforward. doesn't charge any fees for use either, which makes it a great choice! The portal screen shows a clean layout of billing vs home, and the option to include other members of your team is useful. The website appeared secure and everything seemed to be verified on the back end.

Cons

I thought that there could be improvement by providing more information when users create an account and fill out the required information. For instance, a company name and address isn't very intuitive for a researcher to fill out (a University/department/office could each seemingly fit), but this could be fixed by just adding little blurbs that explain how to fill out each box specific to different common uses for the platform. Overall, it felt like a lot of personal information given to use the platform, but I understand this is necessary for verification the user is a real person.

We use to reward clients who refer new business to us, and it has streamlined our entire workflow. Previously, we were manually buying digital gift cards from different retailers and keeping track of them on spreadsheets. Tremendous completely automated that process. The tracking dashboard lets us see exactly when a client opens the email and redeems their reward, which gives our team great visibility. It’s a reliable, professional, and efficient tool that has actually encouraged more referrals because the delivery is so instant.

Pros

The absolute best part is the massive variety of gift card options available for clients, including international options and prepaid Visas. It completely eliminates the guesswork of trying to figure out what kind of gift a client actually wants. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it seamless to upload a list of referral partners, fund the account, and blast out rewards in batches. I also love that if a client forgets to redeem their card, the funds eventually expire back into our account rather than being lost forever.

Cons

There is very little to dislike, but the initial setup for bank/ACH funding takes a bit of time due to their security verification steps (which is understandable but can feel like a bottleneck when you're in a rush to send cards). Also, while the email customization templates are good, the visual builder can feel a little rigid if you are trying to perfectly match highly specific corporate branding guidelines.

Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for, and the team is happy. No bugs or issues, and super easy to invite teammates in to help run the campaigns.

Pros

I like that it was very straightforward and simple to use. Easy to upload a CSV for larger campaigns. Solved a very specific niche problem that we had and it took very little effort to set up. Gift cards are intuitive and easy to use. Great value for money and no bugs or issues. Very smooth overall process.

Cons

I wish they were more up front about turnaround times. For example, it ended up taking a while to get funds transferred to my account. I would have liked to know that up front, given our timeline for our campaign.

I like . I've tried a number of different services and Tremendous has great integrations and a clean interface and design. I like it and it's become one of our company's go-to services.

Pros

Love how easy it is to create and send gift cards to clients and team members in every country and in a pretty quick and seamless manner.

Cons

The only thing I wish that did was allow me to create one-off orders without having campaign templates. I get a lot of clients that I just want to send a quick card to and I want to customize the message, but I kinda have to set up and edit templates before I can do that

Cons

We’ve used it consistently for nearly five years, and it has exceeded expectations in terms of uptime, ease of use, and customer support. The platform is well-designed, secure, and continues to improve with new features. We’ve had very few issues over the years, which makes it easy to recommend.

Pros

stands out for its reliability—we've experienced very few issues in over four years. One of the biggest benefits has been the built-in fraud detection, which has saved us considerable money, time and effort. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to send rewards globally in multiple currencies is a huge advantage. Overall, the platform feels stable, scalable, and thoughtfully built.

Cons

While our overall experience has been very positive, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. Cancelling an order isn't as straightforward as it could be, and sometimes requires contacting support. Additionally, while the reporting tools are decent, they could be more customizable and user-friendly, especially for exporting or filtering large data sets.

It's been incredibly easy to get setup and start using . This is going to make the recipient experience far more enjoyable and interactive while resolving the serious issues in accounting and payroll reporting that we previously had before using Tremendous.

Pros

Account manager reached out within 24 hrs, no additional cost to the company is a key selling point, onboarding and account setup was completed within 3 business days, test campaign templates were made and an incentive run was disbursed within the first week and it has everything we need from an accounting and payroll reporting perspective

Cons

I wish it could be a bit more robust on the workflow end (supporting multiple regions or business units separately with custom approval workflows)

Overall, is a reliable, flexible and user-friendly payout solution. It makes rewarding our community easy and efficient, provides multiple global options and delivers fast processing. While there’s always room for a few additional features, we are very happy with the platform and the support they provide.

Pros

We have been using for over a year and it’s been an awesome experience. Our community specifically requested gift card options and Tremendous delivers with a wide variety of gift cards and support in tons of countries. The virtual Visa card is a particularly popular and convenient option. Support is also excellent responsive and helpful whenever we need them. The API integration is also excellent, it allows us to automate reward processing directly from our platform which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.

Cons

Fees can be a little high and currently credit card funding to load balances isn’t available in our account. It would be great if considered enabling this for us.

Overall, has been steady, reliable, and easy to work into our workflow. It is the kind of tool you keep using because it works the way you need it to. Between the smooth sending process and the flexibility in reward options, it has been great for both survey rewards and influencer gifting. It saves time, gives people real choice, and takes the friction out of the whole process.

Pros

What I appreciate most about is how simple they make everything. Setting the reward amount and sending it out is fast and hassle free, which matters when you are managing survey incentives or influencer gifts. I also really like the huge range of reward options. Being able to let people choose what they want, and being able to build different groups of options depending on the audience, has made our rewards feel more personal and a lot more effective.

Cons

I do not really have any major complaints. We hit one issue tied to our own automation setup that triggered some fraud flags. It actually seemed like fraud detection was doing what it should. Nothing about it felt like a problem with their platform.

It has been a great choice for our company. We have employees spread all over the U.S. Before , I would purchase a physical gift card and mail it in a greeting card to the employee. With the US postal mail system not as reliable as one would like, there were occasions were the physical gift card I mailed to the employee didn't make it to them. Tremendous eliminates that issue for us. Also with Tremendous, even when I am super busy, if a manager requests a gift amount be sent to an employee, it only takes 1 to 2 minutes (including the time it takes to switch gears, log in, send the card and switch gears back to what I was doing) total out of my busy schedule to accomplish this through Tremendous. If only everything were that quick and easy....

Pros

It is simple and easy to use. There are hundreds of store-brand gift cards for our employees to choose from as well as physical or virtual Visa cards. They can also choose to send it to a charity of their choice from the many that are listed. We can brand our email page and the landing page. We can customize both of those as well and keep templates. Makes it easy to go in and select a template, add the person's name and contact (email or phone), the $ amount and click to send a reward in seconds. They are constantly adding new card choices as well. I believe the employee can also choose to split up the amount gifted to them into multiple cards. In addition, we can choose what we want the employee to choose from (i.e., turn on or off charitable donations, choose which stores or charities they can choose from, etc.). We don't allow them to direct deposit into cash, but I think that is an option as well.

Cons

As far as I know you cannot schedule something in advance to go out at a specific time. That would be a great addition to it. Also, I don't have visibility on whether my employee clicked the link and chose something. That would be great also. Having said those two things, it is still a fantastic resource for us.

Pros

My team has been using for over 5 years for a variety of use cases. They were onboarded many years ago with the intention of paying our referral customers (D2C online brand). The use case and reach of the program has expanded greatly throughout the years. What once started as a platform with a single use case (referrals) and a single brand has expanded to over 9 in-house brands and 3-4 use cases. Now, we use the platform to pay referrals as well as research participants (i.e focus groups and survey respondents) and the ease of use is top notch. Administratively, it is extremely simple to set up your team internally (i.e add users, their roles, etc). Aside from that, the ability to manage campaigns and campaign templates is remarkably simple, and when onboarding new team members, rarely calls for additional walkthroughs because it is self-explanatory. Paying participants in bulk is really the most facile and useful component, at least for my team, who are often paying 100-200 people at a time. With an uploaded CSV template, users can super easily upload the details and thereafter distribute the rewards. Adjusting the type of rewards (i.e Visa gift card, Amazon, etc) is super simple and there is a very diverse catalog of options. In the case that there is an error in distribution (typically on the receivers' end), you can cancel transactions and re-distribute with ease.

Cons

Works really well honestly. Occasionally there can be confusion amongst the team when setting up campaigns but otherwise very simple

I've had a great experience with them and have no plans to leave. They get the job done and it's minimal to no hassle for me.

Pros

It's easy to use, the interface is simple and modern. You can customize your email template however you'd like and there are lots of options. I need incentives to be the least burdensome thing about research and makes it so easy!

Cons

I find it a bit confusing sometimes where the money goes when participants don't redeem their gift cards. The money seems to leave my account regardless, so I wish there was more clarity around that.

I liked the ease of use. I recently conducted an unmoderated research and took on the role of my UX researcher to publish these gift cards. The process was super simple and the interface made it easy for me to add names & emails of multiple participants together. I was initially hesitant to explore a new tool but the process was super straightforward and now all my peers are well equipped to run their researches & send rewards themselves

Pros

Great variety of gift cards-vouchers all over the world. They have all the best retailers that users need.

Cons

Just a time zone is not the same as in Europe, but that is something nobody can change. So the topping up the balance for the weekend should be satteled automatic, without waiting the Monday.
