Ideal for handling incentives in bulk, which puts the choice of reward directly in the customers' hands.

Pros

Versatile in the sheer volume of incentives you're able to offer. Also, having the comms branded and managed directly in the platform saves a good amount of work on our side - so it's all pretty seamless.

Cons

Wish there was a redemption log so we could check whether each customer had used their voucher, not just overall summarised analytics.

Beyond in love with the process and ease of use as well as great response time. I’m now able to run monthly reports to be turned in to our corporate payroll department.

Pros

Superb customer service, ease of use, and being able to run monthly reports. Eliminates the need to go physically into different stores

Cons

Had trouble updating invalid phone numbers so was able to process new phone numbers by using the Chat feature

My experience has been stellar. Tremendous has completely streamlined how we handle payouts and rewards. What used to be a manual, spreadsheet-heavy headache is now a streamlined, automated process. The ease of the tool is its greatest strength; it just works, and it works well every single time.

Pros

The simplicity and speed are unmatched. I love how "hands-off" the process becomes once you've set up your campaign. The sheer variety of payout options from international gift cards to direct bank transfers means our members and ambassadors always find an option that works for them, regardless of where they are.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I'd love to see even more niche local gift card options in smaller emerging markets, but their current global coverage is already the best I've seen.

Pros

It was very easy to use and intuitive. I was using the product for the first time covering for a teammate and was able to fulfill the task easily and without having to ask anyone.

Cons

Nothing really. The preview flow of seeing how the email would look like could have been shown in an earlier stage of the flow, but all good.

I had a seamless experience. Very easy to navigate and issue gift cards. My recipients received the cards the same day I issued them, which was very great, knowing that our timeline was pretty fast.

Pros

Tremendous was easy to operate even as a first-time user. The distribution option is very handy, I appreciated the option to upload my recipient list as a CVS as I had many. I appreciated the multiple payment options.

Cons

It would be preferable if the 3% fee for credit card purchases were somewhat lower. It would also be great if gift cards could be issued first, then the price would be charged later. I issue gift cards in a foreign currency, so I have a hard time transferring the exact amount.

Cons

Sometimes it seems like it takes a lot of clicks to just send a gift card. Would love to have a one click experience for common recipients and amounts.

Tremendous makes it easy to send gift cards to multiple people in a single day. It has been useful in a work place setting.

Cons

My least favorite thing about Tremendous is the expiration dates for the gift cards. Every once in a while, someone won't realize it has one.

Pros

Tremendous is extremely easy to use and very reliable for sending gift cards both internally to our team and externally to clients. The wide variety of reward options and global availability make it very flexible, especially for distributed teams. I also appreciate how fast delivery is and how simple it is to manage bulk sends. It has been a great tool to support engagement initiatives and client programs.

Cons

At times, reporting and tracking could be more detailed, especially when managing multiple campaigns or clients. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for messaging and branding to better tailor the experience for different audiences.
