While it doesn't have all the features and functionality that other gifting software does, it does what it does well. Pros The ease of use is fantastic when it comes to simply sending out gifts for folks. We either put in an upload and do bulk or we gift individually. We are able to give our reps campaigns and track those sends across the org as well. Cons Tremendous is what it is. It's honestly nothing fancy. There are other gifting platforms out there that can do more, but our team is getting what we need with it. Pros It simplifies the batch user research participant payment process, and it's especially nice how it handles international payments. I haven't run into any issues paying participants in other countries since using Tremendous. Cons No real downsides in my team's use! The only thing so far has been frequent emails to my team about payments being flagged for fraud, but this turned out to be a setting that could be adjusted, and there haven't been any issues in that area since. Solved a very specific niche problem that we had and it took very little effort to set up. Gift cards are intuitive and easy to use. Great value for money and no bugs or issues. Very smooth overall process. Cons I wish they were more up front about turnaround times. For example, it ended up taking a while to get funds transferred to my account. I know people complained about card choices, but note that its usually decided by the provider. Pros Available options are far superior to other companies, its nice to not have to limit your customers to just a few. I think we have 85 selected. good feedback from customers. Cons figuring out the status of the customer reward is a bit difficult/non-existent. I would like to know when the reward is redeemed and would like to know what reward was chosen, so if the customer says "we never got it" I can say "no you redeemed on this date and time with amazon" etc..
