It's easy to use and they have excellent customer service. Also, lots of options for payment type and countries they can service.

Tremendous is user friendly and gets benefits where they are needed in real time. The records in Tremendous help to know where benefits were dispersed and the amount remaining in the account is always visible so you know when to replenish funds.

Pros

Tremendous is so user friendly. There was no learning curve to use it. The security is great while being able to reach people quickly via text or email. I think this is a great value. My management team made the right choice with Tremendous.

Cons

It would be great if there were a larger set of vendors available, specifically Quiktrip in the gas stations.

We use Tremendous to reward clients who refer new business to us, and it has streamlined our entire workflow. Previously, we were manually buying digital gift cards from different retailers and keeping track of them on spreadsheets. Tremendous completely automated that process. The tracking dashboard lets us see exactly when a client opens the email and redeems their reward, which gives our team great visibility. It’s a reliable, professional, and efficient tool that has actually encouraged more referrals because the delivery is so instant.

Pros

The absolute best part is the massive variety of gift card options available for clients, including international options and prepaid Visas. It completely eliminates the guesswork of trying to figure out what kind of gift a client actually wants. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it seamless to upload a list of referral partners, fund the account, and blast out rewards in batches. I also love that if a client forgets to redeem their card, the funds eventually expire back into our account rather than being lost forever.

Cons

There is very little to dislike, but the initial setup for bank/ACH funding takes a bit of time due to their security verification steps (which is understandable but can feel like a bottleneck when you're in a rush to send cards). Also, while the email customization templates are good, the visual builder can feel a little rigid if you are trying to perfectly match highly specific corporate branding guidelines.

9.5/10. Responses from the team are very fast, and the breadth of vendors and countries allows me to serve customers everywhere. The only room for improvement is removing this one day review period.

Pros

There's a human I can email anytime and get answers. The dashboard is really easy to use. The breadth of gift card selection is enormous. Every single company and every single large provider is available.

Cons

For about 50% of transactions, there pardon me comes up a "one-day review" I'm sure they do it to prevent fraud or to complete KYC, but for me it becomes problematic because our customer is waiting for their gift card.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Tremendous. I've had a few times when I needed a support person and they were very helpful and friendly. Great to work with.

Pros

It's simple to use, reliable and fast. Takes care of payments internationally making it easy when that's necessary.

Cons

I have had a few occasions when I needed to rescind a payment. It's a bit cumbersome to do this. I don't do it often, so I need to re-learn how each time. It's not as simple as sending. I also think the "breakage" should go back to me, or at the very least be split.

Pros

It’s just so easy to deliver rewards to customers. Plus the ability to add charity donations adds a really beautiful extra layer. Our team and customers are absolutely loving it. Massive elevation in keeping customer super happy

Cons

It was a little confusing running over a team and being able to setup custom messages for individuality for customers felt a little tricky/restrictive. But that might be me misunderstanding the UI

Great experience thus far! I will continue to use this platform for all my future projects. It is a great way to deliver incentives quickly and efficiently.

Pros

It is an easy and convenient way to send money to multiple people at a time. It is free to use. I was able to quickly learn how to use this platform with minimal guidance.

Cons

Some participants have complained about how it costs money to do the immediate bank transfer but I understand how in order for this platform to be free to users, they can only profit off of the change left over from gift cards.

Overall, I'm enjoying the options and flexibility for our team with Tremendous. It's very simple to send out gifts via text or email, and I've heard no complaints from the team!

Pros

It was really easy to get started with Tremendous for our internal rewards program. Campaigns are simple to set up and quick to use. We're a small team so cost is pretty much non-existent unless we were to use a credit card to load funds.

Cons

I wish we could schedule rewards within campaigns, to take a little of the ongoing tedious work out of the equation. You also can't utilize auto-reload for funds unless you're sending at least $5k.

Pros

I would recommend using Tremendous as I had a great experience using it to send virtual gift cards to global employees. The website itself is easy to use, and I found it good value for money, along with the friendly user interface, and sending it by email enables us to have international availability.

Cons

One minor detail is that the payment method is pretty tricky as there is an additional 2% charge if not adding funds through a bank account.

support was great from the beginning. interface works really well. There's not much for me to say critically of it, it does the job it needs to do and hopefully leads to higher retention. we were having issues with people signing up to complete surveys for amazon cards but wouldnt follow through. since switching to tremendous, we've already had a few takers of the two different visas

Pros

I cam for the variety of rewards available, but the backend is also really nice and convenient. being able to see the analytics will certainly prove tremendous was the right choice vs just offering amazon cards. My rep Sophie got me sorted out pretty quickly, and tremendous in genral was super responsive.

Cons

It's overall a good system, but there are some QOL things and polishing to be done. Could be personal preference, but more options for the backend, more customizable exports, maybe a more fleshed out analytics section. when uploading a tremendous template, instead of returning an error when naming the client project- be able to batch edit via sheet.
