Das perfekte PMS für Hotels, Apartment- und Mixanbieter. Egal ob Einzelunterkunft oder Kette.

Pros

Der API-First-Ansatz ermöglicht einem grenzenlos zu denken. Es können nahezu alle Daten miteinander verknüpft werden (auch mit externen Programmen). Einfach (kaum mehr Einarbeitsungszeit fürs Personal), stabil (kaum ausfälle), cloudbasiert (keine eigene Infrastruktur), flexibel (erweiterbar mit Drittsoftware vom Channelmanager, RMS, CRM bis zu Google Sheets und make.com), absolut Zukunftssicher (die Daten sind mir UND verfügbar!).

Cons

Apaleo konzentriert sich auf das Kernbusiness. Und das sehr gut. Was nicht zum Kern gehört, decken andere (spezialisierte) Apps ab. Es lässt sich so die optimale Softwareumgebung bauen. Einziger Nachteil: die Implementierung ist aufwändiger, als eine All-In-One-Lösung.

Scheint gehyped worden zu sein. Inzwischen aber viele schlechte Rückmeldungen. Schwenken auf einen All-In-One-Ansatz um. Einige Hotels haben noch während oder kurz nach der Implementierung zurück gewechselt. Höhe Paymentgebühren (Stripe-Zwang). Arroganz der Mitarbeiter (sales)

During the past 10 years I have had the privilege to work with half a dozen of different PMS systems ranging from legacy systems into cloud based self service options. apaleo is by far the best I've encountered so far.

Pros

The customer service is exceptional and the system is pretty much as easy to use as Google. apaleo app store features plenty of pre-integrated apps so you can choose the apps you want to be included in your ecosystem. Thanks to the open API and good API documentation you can connect custom apps as you wish. apaleo does what is promises and focuses on the core PMS functions and allows you to automate your processes pretty well. I don't even remember how did it feel doing a night audit since it's been automated since day 1 with apaleo.

Cons

The cons go down to tiny details such as not yet enabling Finnish online banking to be activated on the partner booking engine as method of payment.
