The business licence has very limited functionalities. Even if you are a small company like ours, the licensing costs can be very high if you are operating with more than two bank accounts and you need to manage the cash of two companies at the same time. Total costs are over 3.000€/year.

Pros

Easy to use regularly. Easy to make forecasts.

Cons

Expensive to operate. Bank connectors not relaible.

Agicap has been of tremendous help to take financial decisions. I use it everyday ! It helps to follow the operations and predict the level of cash.

Pros

I discovered Agicap 1.5 years ago, at a time where following the cash was absolutely key to our business. Agicap has been super helpful with that. Moreover, the app has been improved since the beginning. I use it all the time to follow the results and the cash of the company. The customer support team is good, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed.

Cons

Our bank connexion sometimes breaks, which is annoying. Also sometimes the data is wrong and I discover that some operations appear twice... but the support team always makes it up in a few hours.

An extremely useful tool that is fundamental for the cash flow management of our company.

Pros

You are able to merge information from different bank accounts into one platform and are able to create cashflow simulations and forecasts easily. The visual display of the information is extremely simple and the ease to navigate makes the software extremely easy to adopt and implement.

Cons

The possibility to undo perhaps a mistake that as been made during a certain action.

The app is not efficient. There's not the possibility to check all the implemetations and personalizations. There's not the possibility to update the bank to see the new transactions.

Pros

I like the ease of all the information being exactly where it should be, I like the ease of categorising things and for the system to remember. \[sensitive content hidden\] who helped us through the process of setting up is always available to help if anything is needed.

Cons

There is only one thing that is a slight con but this is due to the nature of our business. I would like to be able to set a rule to split a payment everytime.

Great. Agicap is a really good tool that is continuing to evolve and has the potential to offer our business even more cash management and financial insight. Customer service and their attentiveness is fantastic.

Pros

Agicap has proven to be a huge time-saving tool by automating the analysis and categorisation of bank transactions to assist with our monitoring of cash flow management and forecasting. Customer support has been fantastic, with any queries being addressed and resolved promptly.

Cons

There has been an occasional need to re-sync with the bank although this has become less onerous of late. There have been a few instances where transactions were missed or duplicated within Agicap which required support. We often feel that our understanding of Agicap's full functionality is lacking and that we're therefore not utilising the system to it's full potential to benefit our business.

ancora non è possibile interagire completamente con le banche, non si può pagare direttamente dai conti, fare presentazione effetti e neppure pagare le RIBA PAssive

Agicap è un ottimo prodotto che può essere utilizzato sia da piccolissime attività, lo consiglio soprattuto alle startup, che da aziende di grandi dimensioni. La semplicità di utilizzo e di implementazione, ma specialmente la facilità di reperire informazioni vitali per la conduzione della finanze anziednale, lo rende un software indispendabile anche nelle aziende che non hanno internamente la contabilità civilistica e fiscale.

Pros

Agicap è uno strumento utile per tenere sotto controllo la tesoreria, mi è piaciuto subito la velocià di ricezione dei dati bancari e la facilità di categorizzazione delle transazioni. In questo momento riesco a tenere sotto controllo i saldi di 12 banche contemporaneamente, a ipotizzare la tesoreira futura e a mostrare agli invesitori come l'azienda prevede di "spedere" il loro capitale invesito, di generare facilmente indicatori chiave attraverso la dashboard e di condividerli im maniera molto semplice e veloce.

Cons

In questo momento agicap soddisfa tutte le mie necessità, l'unica cosa che proverei a modificare è dare la possibilità di creare nuove categorie direttamente dal piano di tesoreria e quindi renderlo più interattivo.

Wir sind super zufrieden mit Agicap. Es erleichtert unseren Workflow sehr. Die Zahlen können genauer aufbereitet werden, da weniger Fehleranfällig (Excel). Die Berichterstattung zum Monatsabschluss ist bereits am 02. des Folgemonats möglich, da wir die Zahlen und Daten täglich und aktuell einpflegen können. Szenarien zu modellieren hilft uns sehr dabei wie wir planen.

Pros

Cashflow Übersicht in Echtzeit Dashboards für jedes Department Plan Istkosten Vergleich Übersichtlichkeit über Umsatz und Kosten Anpassung der Kategorien an Unternehmenszwecke

Cons

Das das Pricing sich an Lizenzen bemisst. Ich finde eine Lizenz zu wenig. Auch fände ich es gut, wenn von Haus aus 3 Konten mit integriert werden könnten

Muy desagradable, porque a pesar de poner mucho empeño en usarla por el dineral que había pagado(1600€) , tuve que renegarme a que no iba a ir nunca bien ni al 70%.

Pros

Integración con el banco, pero no va lo bien que debería.

Cons

La multitud de formas que temen para hacer lo mismo y lo complicado que es escoltar ciertas acciones , teniendo que entrar a 3-4 ventáis para poder hacer ciertas cosas super simples como poner como pagado una factura, en la ultima actualización lo facilitaron mas , pero como en otras ocaciones puede que esa forma la quiten de pronto sin avisar.

Seit ich Agicap nutze habe ich einen sehr guten und genauen Überblick über meine Liquidität. Daten-Export für Banken und Steuerberater sind übersichtlich und wichtig für Besprechungen und Planungen

Dank Agicap haben wir täglich einen halbwegs genauen Stand der verfügbaren Liquidität und können unser Geschäftsjahr verlässlich vorplanen.

Cons

Leider gibt es immer wieder Probleme bei der Synchronisation der Bankdaten und unsere Nutzung von Moss müssen wir manuell importieren, was einen gewissen zusätzlichen Aufwand bedeutet. Hier wäre eine Schnittstelle hilfreich

Tolles, ansprechendes und leicht zu bedienendes Tool.

Pros

Agicap hilft mir dabei, jederzeit, immer up to date meinen Cash Flow vor mir zu haben. Das ist als Unternehmerin mit mehreren Unternehmen unglaublich wichtig, quasi auf Knopfdruck und noch dazu optisch ansprechend (kein Vergleich zu sperrigen Excel Listen) seine Revenue Streams vor sich zu haben. Wenn es Fragen gibt, ist das Support Team sehr schnell und effizient. Top!

Cons

Dass die Bankverbindungen so oft wieder neu hergestellt werden müssen. Das ist aber wahrscheinlich aus Sicherheitsgründen ganz gut so.

Ich habe bislang kein besseres Tool für das Liquiditätsmanagement gesehen und würde es gerne weiterempfehlen

Pros

\- Einfache und meist intuitive Handhabung - schnelle und transparente Übersicht der aktuellen Transaktionen - sehr gute Abweichungsanalyse zwischen Plan- und Ist-Liquidität

Cons

\- die Dashboards sind ein nettes Ad On, welches jedoch nicht ganz ausgereift wirkt und daher selten genutzt wird - Bankverbindungen fliegen regelmäßig raus

Agicap könnte sehr davon profitieren, zusätzlich zum Cashflowmanagement eine Darstellung / Ableitung der Rentabilität darzustellen, dies würde dazu führen, dass Agicap eine vollintegrierte Lösung für die zwei wichtigsten Komponenten der Finanzberichtserstattung erreicht (Cashflow und GuV)

Sehr gut, gutes Tool um wöchentlich und monatlich die Liquidität zu planen und zu überwachen.

Pros

Einfach Nutzung und Übersicht, Historische Daten + Planung in der gleichen Oberfläche, einfache Anpassung von verschiedenen Szenarien, automatische Zuordnung von Transaktionen, Anbindung an Bank & PayPal, Anbindung an ERP-System und Einplanung von derzeit offenen Rechnungen

Cons

Planung nur Transaktions-basiert, wenig Möglichkeiten um andere Daten (z.B. Stückzahlen) zur Planung zu verwenden. Abgleich von IST-SOLL nur für ein Szenario möglich, Szenarien ändern sich aber monatlich durch neue Informationen und Planungen. Tägliche Liquiditätsplanung schwieriger möglich.

nessun inconveniente se non qualche problema con l'aggancio ai conti bancari ma non è dipeso da Agicap ma da alcune banche che aggiornano di continuo le loro app o funzionalità.

Sincronizzazione in tempo reale di tutti i flussi di cassa dei diversi conti correnti. Facile da utilizzare, semplifica tantissimo il monitoraggio quotidiano.

Cons

Bisogna investire un po' di tempo per controllare che le categorizzazioni siano sempre corrette. Non riesce ancora a divedere automaticamente tutti i flussi aggregati.

Cons

è un software molto sviluppato che anche a livello grafico è molto accattivante e di facile comprensione, non trovo lati negativi.

TOPISSIME .... et on en apprend tous les jours tellement la solution évolue...... J'ai connu AGICAP ils étaient 4 ! ATTENTION toutefois à rester SIMPLE et à ne pas faire une usine à gaz sous prétexte de satisfaire un client.

Pros

Je connais très rapidement mon niveau CONSOLIDÉ (solde) de T et quelle sera son évolution dans les 2 prochains mois si mes prévisions se réalisent. Fini les consultation banque à banque et les tableaux .xls

Cons

La sécurité des banques est tellement forte que à chaque fois qu'il faut remettre à jour les connexions c'est compliqué d'autant que je m'interdis d'avoir les accès directs aux comptes de mes clients. Donc à chaque fois il faut qu'ils soient dispo pour valider les nouveaux codes sur leur 06.
