Pros

Company is awesome, they have the best customer service always following up with you on questions and request. Very easy to navigate when inputting request and printing results. They also have the best prices.

Cons

That our company didn't know about Crimcheck earlier, we were paying so much more and struggling with customer service.

Overall it my experience has been exceptional, from sales to implementation to support. I have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive Crimcheck's support team is, as well as how comprehensive their reports are. It makes keeping documentation for compliance purposes super easy.

Pros

Crimcheck is very easy to set up and the company's support is exceptional. I have never waited more than a few hours for a response to any support request during business hours. The dashboard is very comprehensive and has a support-forward interface. There are multiple areas of the interface that allow you to directly reach out to support. I can manage all areas of my account right from the dashboard, from creating custom screening links to having insight into all steps of a candidate's background screening. The turnaround time has been fast for our screening needs as well, with no items taking more than 1-2 business days. This has helped us onboard new hires more efficiently.

Cons

My only suggestion for improvement with the platform is to continue streamlining the interface. It is very comprehensive but can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of information presented.
