For me, its a no brainer. Happy to discuss with people if any questions. Pros There are many features I would praise compared to other software used. - Daily Diary, so underrated until you try to use another system and you realise how important this feature is. Manage everything for the day at a snap shot. No need to sift through waves of information. See all your deliveries and collections at a quick glance. Any vehicles need extending or invoicing still, manage it all here. - Allocation chart, all your vehicles laid all in bar chart style format, set vehicles to show different colours so you can see what is available, what is coming up as available, if the vehicle is off the road or if its out long term. Go forward in time and see whats booked in a years time very quickly and easy. You can drill this down very quickly for larger fleets by selecting groups/types of vehicles/on hire vehicles/available vehicles/VOR vehicles. - Prohire Companion mobile app, through many years usage, this has developed and developed and really is a quality piece of kit. Manage your check ins and check outs digitally, with pre-existing damage stored hire to hire, additional equipment can be logged against the vehicle and photographed, defects can be raised, live photos of the vehicle going out for additional protection, plus many more. - Proweb and the widget for the website - It's fresh looking, not dark with random buttons, everything is relevant. - Everything is reportable Cons To be honest, not a huge amount to criticise but a couple of things I would like to see added. I would like to see a link to the DVLA, I'd be happy to pay a monthly subscription for this as it would save staff so much time, request/explaining DVLA check codes to customers. I'd like to see a better workshop/invoicing system implemented so I could incorporate the workshop side of things more. You can log prices and work into Prohire but it's not ideal for stock and invoicing. Finally, I would like to see a CRM / Purchase order system built in. This would really round everything out for me. Allowing you to link in everything that you use daily into 1 system and uniform everything across the board. A fully transparent damage management system which has helped build trust between ourselves and customers. Integrated payment systems has also increased the efficiency in how we work. Cons There is not anything the jumps to mind which can only be a positive. Reasons for choosing Prohire Recommended supplier from trusted rental networks such as United Rentals. The Prohire team is always helpful and friendly even at times when I've called them over something trivial. Our team comprises of 5 members of staff and the feedback across the board are the same. Overall, it has made our day to day running of the business much easier and effortless! We can't wait for their most recent upgrade to see what other features are in store. Cons The only aspect I can think of is that that log in pop up window appears more often than necessary as you're manoeuvring through the system. However, I am pretty much scraping the barrel here...
