There is a lot you can do once you get past the learning curve. The customer support by chat is fantastic! Super fast and helpful. Pros There is a lot of configuration that you can do to customize your process. Cons The setup is a little difficult, particularly when you are trying to collect information in a form and then move it into other document for signature. The bots that are used for this are problematic and respond verry slowly if you have a lot of fields. However, the Spanish version of the platform still has inconsistencies. Additionally, there are intermittent operational issues (e.g., the message: 'Sorry, it's us, not you'), and there is also a need to enable certain features, such as offline platform operation. It's easy to use even if you have zero experience with creating workflows and although there is a slight learning curve, it's intuitive UI and exceptional customer support make it much easier to learn to use the full potential of the platform. We were initially only interested in automating client intake, but have expanded the use of AirSlate to automate various business management and processes. Pros It is somewhat cheaper than DocuSign. I decided to cheap out and get airSlate and that was a mistake. Cons The e-signature functionality is incredibly unintuitive. As a millennial lawyer, I have an above-average understanding of technology. I could not and still cannot ascertain how a user is supposed to send something for e-signature in a non-convoluted, few step process. I checked the hundreds of support articles and "how to"s and there is not one guide on sending an already-completed document for signature. This is by far the most confusing and non-user friendly program I have used. That includes Microsoft Excel. Alternatives considered [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) Reason for choosing altaFlow I mistakenly chose airSlate because it was cheaper than DocuSign.
