Expérience extrêmement négative. Un simple paiement international a entraîné un blocage complet du compte, sans explication ni réponse pendant plus de deux mois, en pleine période de fin d’année. Nous avons dû faire intervenir notre banque pour obtenir enfin un retour. Gestion opaque, mépris des clients professionnels et risque majeur pour la trésorerie.

Pros

Aucun. Malgré plusieurs sollicitations, aucun aspect positif n’a pu être identifié, ni sur le produit, ni sur l’accompagnement, ni sur la gestion des incidents critiques.

Cons

Blocage de compte arbitraire, fonds retenus plus de deux mois sans justification valable, absence totale de communication, service client inexistant et délais de traitement incompatibles avec une activité professionnelle plus de 2 mois de blocage.

.Ublich lange Kapitalbindung. Schlechter Support. Wirkt dadurch oft unseriös. Gibt bessere Alternativen, die deutlich geschäftsfreundlicher sind. Kapital wird geblockt und ist nicht einmal für Rückzahlungen an bestehende Zahlungseingänge, von denen es ja extra als Sicherheit geblockt wurde verfügbar! Wie Geschäftskunden unfreundlich kann man sein, wenn automatisierte Rückzahlunegn dann nicht ausgeführt werden, die Kunden unzufrieden werden, dann einen Fall eröffnen und Mollie noch extra 25€ Chargback bekommt? Eigentlich unfassbar dieses Geschäftsmodel

Viele Zahlungsarten leichte Integration. Haben andere aber auch! Was nicht positiv hervorzuheben ist, ist der schlechte Support und die Verkäufer unfreundlichen Geschäftsbedingungen.

Cons

Schlechter Support. KI dreht sich im Kreis, Rückzahlungen sind nicht automatisiert möglich ,da Salden eingefroren werden obwohl diese Ja Erwirtschaftet wurden. Somit keine Rückzahlungen möglich! Erklärung siehe Text unten!

Zeer slechte ervaring. Na een soepele start een blokkade van ons account. Besluitvorming op grond van aannames en niet op grond van gedegen onderzoek naar activiteit van klant.

Pros

Snelle aanmelding. Heldere functionaliteiten en overzichtelijk dashboard. Meerdere betaalmethoden implementeren.

Cons

Onvoldoende onderzoek naar achtergrond van de klant. Op basis hiervan ongefundeerde besluiten nemen waardoor klanten zwaar worden gedupeerd. Onprofessioneel en besluit onmiddellijk definitief zonder argumentatie klant aan te horen. Schande!

Het gaat altijd om de klantvriendelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid. Het technische deel is niets mis mee. Maar de klantvriendelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid zijn beneden peil en zelfs frauduleus. Er wordt op basis van onbekende parameters beslist of een organisatie tot de tot hun bedachte 'high risk factor' behoort. Je krijgt er geen uitleg over; zei beslissen dat. Kleine goede doelen die afhankelijk zijn van donaties komen in de problemen doordat Mollie de donaties in hun zak steken. Het komt dus niet bij het project waarvoor de donaties bedoeld zijn en valt onder moedwillig geld achterhouden. Vul zelf maar in waar dat weer onder valt...

Pros

Wat ik een voordeel VOND van Mollie? Ze waren tot 1 april 2025 een betrouwbare betaalplatform met zeer realistische kosten per transactie. Daarna... zie Minpunten

Cons

Mollie is erg onbetrouwbaar, omdat: - ze niet grondig onderzoeken wat goede doelen doen - ze geen oog hebben voor wat er binnenkomt bij een goed doel - ze per 1 april 2025 donaties inhouden van goede doelen en bedrijven om hun €60 fee te bemachtigen - ze reclame maken met 'geen verborgen kosten', terwijl ze wel degelijk verborgen zijn - ze op trustpilot lijken fake-reviews te geven door bij iedere 5 sterren een naam van de medewerker te benoemen

Unfair- no reason regarding account closure I founded a company in 2022 that manufactures and sells specialized plant soil online in germany. Since legalization, I have also been offering soil for hemp. However, I wouldn't consider my business a "grow shop" since, apart from pots, I don't offer any other specific products. For my online store, I use a well-known e-commerce platform and had activated Mollie as a payment service provider. However, after just a few days, my account was suspended—without any specific reason being given. Other stores, some of which even sell smoking accessories and much more, continue to use Mollie without any issues. Why my account was suspended remains unanswered. The so-called risk that is being mentioned is not apparent to me—especially in comparison to other online shops that still use Mollie and would be far more likely to be suspended. An absolutely unfair and non-transparent company—unfortunately, not recommended. I also have a payout pending that I can't access/withdraw, since my Account has been suspended. UPDATE: Basically, I was told that nothing more can be done for me. Mollie has, without any apparent reason, decided that the risk associated with my company is higher than that of other businesses in the same industry—even though they sell even riskier goods than I do. Transparency looks different. I feel seriously betrayed here, as no clear information is given about why I was blocked—not even after reaching out via Trustpilot. I actually suspect that the real reason is my revenue. Since my business is not that big yet and my revenue is relatively low, it seems like Mollie is rejecting me for exactly that reason—everything else is neither apparent nor logically explainable to me.

We integrate with a few external partners, and I can honestly state that Mollie is an example in how a partnership should work.

Pros

Mollie is very open in their communication regarding new updates, issues, ... They're always available to have a chat when we have concerns about changes they did or plan to do, or if there was a bigger incident, are always very clear in actions taken to prevent this. Our company was planning to integrate with Payconiq, which was not possible through Mollie yet at that time, but after some discussions we came to the agreement that Mollie would deliver that integration earlier (and with good conditions ;-)), resulting in an even beter result. It's also a very stable system which doesn't require much maintenance from customer point of view.

Cons

There was a time where we had quite some incidents short after each other, which caused a bit of customer impact on our customers. Nevertheless, we were informed very detailed about the root cause (it was a migration they were in), and were kept in the loop about corrective and proactive actions.
