Pros

We liked that Assembled had all the integrations we were looking for and the features our business needed without being overly complicated or requiring a long commitment to get it up and running. Within a little more than a week our team had the platform fully configured and onboarded all of our 200+ agents and have had little problems ever since. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and fast to respond whenever we have questions and the relationship with the Assembled team has been very good since implementation.

Cons

Could use some more granularity options with the forecasting features and would also like to see better support for outbound calling. Although, everything else has been excellent.

The ease of use and very fast implementation were huge factors. It also seemed to provide the level of granularity that we needed without being overly complicated.

yeah good, way better than the previous rota tool we are using makes customising the rota super simple

Pros

Easy to use and works well with other apps (slack and google meets) allowing me to update the team and make changes across the board

Cons

I would like the option to select muliple individual members of the team so I can compare their rotas and make changes without having to see the non-relevant members

honestly nothing I do not like using it, and will use 5/9 whenever possible cause the reporting in 5/9 is much better

Cons

the visualization, the way it is so bulky, and the fact that as a manager I have to decipher the data insteap of being able to get a snapshot is quite a turn off.

Overall, assembled features are improving unlike before that we are having challenges but looking forward to more added features.

Pros

In the staffing timeline, we can now have multiple selection unlike before that we can only select one.

Cons

In heatmaps, hopefully it will also be an added feature that we can have multiple selection. Currently, we only have the option to choose one.

It has been a great product. The staff have been very cooperative in listening to our needs as a company and updating the kinks.

Pros

The overall product seems to be great. There are some bugs to work on directly with what our company needs, but they have been very helpful in working to get what we need fixed.

Cons

There are some issues with adding events that we are working with getting fixed. They have been very helpful in working with the issues we are coming across to get resolved.

The team we worked with was super responsive to everything we brought to them in a quick fashion. I hope that kind of service is the standard for Assembled.

Pros

It makes adding things fast and efficient, I appreciate how smoothly data is entered. The product loads quickly and has not crashed unlike our former product.

Cons

There are bugs and issues that your team has worked diligently to work out every time my team finds them.

Pros

There are so many great features about Assembled: the ability to display multiple time zones, templates, how easily you can move a member to a different team. As the person that creates the schedule for my team, these features have made scheduling so much easier compared to other WFM tools that we have used previously.

Cons

I've noticed glitches from time to time with the dates of time off requests. It would be nice if a time off request is canceled that the base activity or previous tasks could be restored. While the time off requests overview is great, what could make it better is the ability to view both pending and approved requests at the same time.

Streamlined scheduling between channels, office sites and skill/associate level, including WFH and PTO.

Pros

I love the ease of use - It is helpful in sorting by location, level or "skill", channel and more! It helps my Leads maintain coverage across our channels seamlessly, reallocate bandwidth, and share out schedules. It also helps us project for volume against coverage and easily factor in PTO to daily coverage. The integration with Slack is key for our associates who are able to check who else is staffed alongside them on live channels and coordinate accordingly.

Cons

As a newer platform, it is not completely built out to the level of capabilities that some older brands might be (comes with time!) but they are very agile and adaptable.

In general I like it for the visual interface. With graphics, and timelines we can have a clear idea of the situation we are looking for.

Pros

The visualization way the data is displayed is helpful for looking at information. With some clicks and a general oversight it is possible to have a clear idea of the context and situation.

Cons

Some updating processes are a little bit manual. It would be ideal to have more options to reproduce automatically or update some statuses (with patterns), before modifying the whole template.

I've been using it for 2 years now and it's very user friendly. Easy to submit vacation requests, easy to monitor agents auxiliaries and what tickets they're on or if not on a ticket.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. Easy to navigate to a specific agent, specific team or LOB. Its better than talkdesk.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of a negative. Only thing that it is missing would be the live call monitoring or screen monitoring lol

Overall there are no issues in security as all is secured and its also a great investment with limited Bugs and tech issues.

Pros

What I like most about Assembled is the way it is neatly set up and is somehow beginner friendly for most parts. I also love how they provide clear tracker for someone to determine what the agent is doing if they are productive.

Cons

What I like the least is probably no bulk filter for people so that there's an easy way for filtering certain people to make changes on their schedule block example : training. I also have sentiments over approving schedule request. We should know when it was requested to keep track on how many hours has it been. Also, the notes provided on the blocks are removed and not seen on the schedule history. It should still be kept so that when we communicate with our teammates we can collaborate effectively.

Personally I find that Assembled's customer support offer exceptional service, prompt replies and timely follow ups.

Pros

Assembled is a very user-friendly platform. I love how easy it is to create schedules using the Templates feature.The Real time feature gives us an insight into adherence and performance, and it's handy for monitoring.The reports offered are complex.Love how Assembled is hosting workshops about the platform's features - it helps a lot to learn more and see different perspectives from people.I've been using Assembled for our CX team for 2 years, and I've witnessed their growth and commitment to better themselves with every feedback from their users.

Cons

I don't mainly use the time off feature as it's not linked with our HR platform, so it creates an extra step for the team, but that's just a process preference.

Overall its very good, I know that the Assembled team continues to work on improvements. Also collaborating with my company to make things better.

Pros

Easy to use like Staffing(scheduling) to make real time changes. It provides a time stamp and a person who was last touched. Also can review the historical editing. Template is a big help when creating a team schedule with a specific range.

Cons

Gathering data like actual volume and adherence there are some delays, some times it also does not sync to other tools that we are using. When running a template, if you manual inputs can't be override.

Assembled has played an integral role in helping our CX team scale from ~20 to 100+, and it's hard to believe we were working off of google sheets before using this tool. The Assembled team is a joy to work with, and I hope to continue using the tool for many years. It's still early days for the platform but they've already released many new features/functionalities in the 1 year we've used the tool, so I can't wait for what's to come.

Pros

Assembled easily provides our agents visibility on what channels they're staffed to each day and when their breaks are, and team leads can easily make changes to schedules if needed.

Cons

I wish there were an option for changes to be auto-saved! The Assembled team did give a heads-up that clicking the save button was needed to lock in change, but I still overlooked it a few times at first — it's a bit hidden!

It was really a helpful app where all the wfm needs are met accordingly with an easy use of the app and understandable if there is an update.

Pros

Easy and fast phased application and as well as straight forward.

Cons

A bit glitchy and sometimes, real time updates are not reflecting right away where we have to refresh the app for quite some time to see the realtime updates or even the sc hedule requests that has to be approved on our end.

It is easier to use compared to other applications that WFM group uses since it is very straight forward when it comes to schedule updates as well as to real time requests.

The main benefit I get from Assembled is the ability for the whole team to have visibility on who's doing what and when. It makes it super easy for keeping the whole team organised.

Pros

The software is really easy to use, looks great and doesn't disrupt our support agents. It fits in seamlessly with their day-to-day operations, which is a game changer.

Cons

It would be good to be able to choose which days you can see, rather than being limited to specific weeks, but the team are receptive to feedback and this has already been taken on board!

We're using it to task our agents with hourly task. It has been very helpful for our entire team to see what everyone is doing and ot prep them for the coming hours.

Pros

Ability to see an overview of hourly tasks by agent.

Cons

When needing to edit a task i.e change the text that has been input, it's kind of sensitive. If you don't edit it the correct way, it closes out of the popup and doesn't save what information you've input. I I also don't like not being able to move tasks up and down on the schedule.

Reason for choosing Assembled

This was really the only product that offered a microschedule.
