Our \[sensitive content hidden\] keeps saying we will switch processors but has not done so which is the only reason we continue to use it. The one saving grace is that their local support is very responsive, but they can't fix most of our issues. Pros Nothing. Heartland Retail is by far the worst payment processor/device I have worked with and frequently crashes during routine use. Cons The software is extremely slow at best, and frequently crashes. The inventory management system is not robust and does not accommodate most of the products we need to track.
